I am so happy with my purchases from this company! I love that there's always new inventory to keep up with trends; I work in a boutique so being up to date on styles is very important to me! It also helps that the prices are very affordable! I just bought these tan mule clogs recently and I've been receiving compliments left and right on them! I highly recommend this company if you're considering signing up for any sort of online retail membership!
The item is fine, but the choices for plus sizes is pathetic. If I didn't have credits I still need to use, I would have unsubscribed. Now I have credits, but can't find anything that fits. And I have not received my email for this month, so that I can skip it, so I imagine that I'm going to be charged again. I was very happy with this program for a long time, but not any more.
I got charged twice because I didn't get reminder emails with the option of canceling the month.
Very frustrating and pathetic way to do business. I was getting them regularly and then they just stopped arriving. My email has not changed since I joined.
It was hard to spend my wallet I tried for months until I finally got fed up and called in. They had me pick something to buy on the spot and got it done for me. I would have liked to spend my credit my way but had to spend my whole $39.95 credit on a $10.00 item. Not impressed. The selection on items has gone way down and now there raising prices yet quality of product likely won't change. Will be canceling my vip soon. Nothing catches my eye anymore on the site.

Usually it's easy to navigate the site but this time I found it frustrating bc there was some type of glitch where if I pressed ain't to a shoe it would just take me to my rewards activity. Every time this happened I would have to look for the shoe I was trying to get to all over again. This happened several times. Also the sale section is difficult to locate.

Shipping was fast and shoes were received in excellent conditions.
On the website it is difficult to navegate and use the credits as it does not allow you to use it. If the app can be improved -a advertisement pop up comes up every other second and it's not user friendly.
I cancelled because I had a credit and was not able to use it, then called and customer service was not able to apply my 39.95 credit. The website and app needs work and be easy to improve the customer experience.

I gave a three star only because I had a great experience with the overall boots. From anything else wasnt a great quality in shoes including heels and booties they are way to big in the ankle and it's not worth returning them because they charge you and you will receive a credit which you can't purchased another pair. So in the end you losing money if trying to return. Not interested anymore

I have a general icky feeling about subscription shopping websites. But I've been subscribed to JustFab for at least 5 years now, and at least they're upfront about what they do.
I made this purchase as I forgot to skip the month last month (happens a couple times a year).
The product itself is as advertised. But I feel like over the years, it's been harder for me to find products that I like.
I'll probably keep my subscription - mostly because of the hoops you need to jump through to unsubscribe.

I've been a VIP Member for years. I can say all of the shoes I have ordered have always been very nice quality. The issue I have is, most of the time when I go on the app they are more often then not, sold out of the shoes I want to buy and it takes forever for them to restock. It's extremely frustrating.
I've had credits I want to use before canceling my membership but I can't find anything I'm interested in buying, in stock!

I enjoyed being a member of JustFab for years, a decade at least. Recently they've changed their policy. If you don't "skip the month" they still charge you the monthly rate, but you only get to choose from certain items to "purchase" like 2 pairs of earring that come to $20 - that's what your monthly $40 went to. They've become a scam. You literally cannot purchase what you want with your own money. They should be put out of business.

The products seem to be cheaper elsewhere and the shipping takes a while. My order came in three different shipments a few weeks apart. I had a year membership purchased for me but didn't renew when it was over.

I used to really like Justfab, but they are not accurate at all! Every time I order a pair of shoes (size 5.5) they come in a different size they are labeled 5.5 but they are def not the correct size. My roommate who is a 6/6.5 can almost fit in some of the pairs they've sent but they are still really loose on her. It's just disappointing cause I have tiny feet and either have to return the shoes or basically just throw them away because they're HUGE. Then there is the shipping issue. I plan ahead of time to make sure I have the shoes at least 2 weeks before whatever events I have going on because shipping is supposed to be "7-10" days. They almost always show up late or push the shipping date back and there is never a notification. I always have to go search for the shipping information because they only send you one email after purchasing. This will be my last time buying anything from them.

If you have big feet this site is for you! The shirts were super tight and small for me and I'm petite with medium boobs.

I've ordered several pairs pumps and heeled boots in an attempt to find one that is comfortable. They have ZERO cushion for the balls of your feet. Extremely painful to wear after very minimal walking. Do not buy unless you're going to be seated.

I ordered several pairs of shoes to try to use up the ridiculous amount of credits I have acquired over years of membership and forgetting to skip every month. Most were OK with one feeling slightly small. One pair is labeled the correct size but very clearly 2 sizes bigger than what I ordered. Overall the shoes are fine but I will never use up all of the credits so I can just end the membership and not lose my money since they won't refund them.

While I understand that there have been supply shipping issues with many companies, I ordered a bunch of items in October. I have not received any update on these items and I have sent several emails asking for an update. There has been no emails what so ever about delays or approximate times of arrival yet they continue to send emails about their monthly charges. I have ordered from JustFab in the past and have several clothing items and shoes with them that have lasted years of continues use. I just wish they would do a better job at communication.

I will let you know When I want to order shoes. I will make that decision and there's no way. I. Should be paying you $50 a? Month when I want a pair? Of shoes months. Or maybe twice a? Month. And I. Hate that you guys constantly are trying to get the $40. If I decide to I don't want to do it for the month. You guys are just way too invasive with your stuff.

It was ok. I like the product but I think it is a crock of bolgne that your Just Fab charges $49.95 month if you get something or not to save $ on boots. So I cancelled my membership before my card was charged. That was a bunch of crap. I would rather pay a higher price than have to remember to call or do the online chat to ask to 'pause' the fee for the month or two. That is bull$#*!. I will not be using your company anymore and I will not endorse it to anyone else!

Once i tried to cancel my membership with plans to reactivate later down the road, but cancellation was so difficult. The agents I spoke with didn't want to cancel my service even though I repeatedly said that I wanted to.
Edit: I changed my review because despite leaving a 4 star review once I confirmed it it appeared as if I left a 5 star review.

I wanted the size changed but did not receive a reply from customer support. Calling is just about impossible unless you want to spend an hour on the phone waiting to talk to a rep. Needless to say, I received my order in the original size I ordered. Hassel to return, so I'm wearing the jeans that are too long from my waist to my thighs if that makes sense.

I have cancelled my VIP status subscription after many years because you have changed shoe providers and your prices went from $39,95 to over $100 for shoes and that's false advertising. I remember when shoes were reasonably priced on your website, but things have changed, and I am no longer interested in being a member. And I expect to be refunded for the money you took from my account. Not happy with your company and will share with family and friends.

I had a pair of boots that completely came apart (sole from shoe) within the first two months and when I called to get a replacement, I was given the runaround and put through the ringer. In the end, they reached out to fix the issue but still made it sound like they were doing me a favor when it was their product that was faulty. Left a bad vibe with me and I will be very hesitant to purchase from them again.

Some have fit me too small, others too big. Their measurement for the width of high boots wasn't correct and the didn't fit me around my leg. Then they didn't want to exchange! Very lame. Oher thing, i got some sneakers with beads decoration l now its falling off, just after a few times of wearing. I bought boots from here about 2 years and ago and was so excited to buy more but they must have changed their fit cause the boots I purchased this year fit completely different. To big in spots and too small in others. So I had to return them all. It's too bad cause the 4 pair I have I bought a couple years ago still fit me like a gem and I just wanted different styles but they didn't fit me right. :(

So JustFab delivers everything it promises but at just meh levels. For me it's hard to find styles I like & styles that are a reasonable height. The clothes are a great quality & the sizes for me run big plus 'cause it makes me feel slim lol but again not much I personally like. The purses ara garbage don't even frickin bother wasting feria on them I wanna cancel but them stupid points got me like cash out or nah & how tf do I cash out so I'm pausing 'em so meh but I did get a pair of knee high boots here that are so it still 2 years later
