Felt hurried

She seemed friendly but was a bit unclear as to what I was asking. It felt like I wasn't fast enough in my responses and she she wanted to end the chat. I understand it gets very busy but not everyone can type that fast. I'll try calling next time.

Disappointing

I was a member and huge fan of Just Fab years ago when they initially hit the scene but cancelled my membership after many months of skipping as a result of not finding anything on the site worth buying being that the quality of the products (shoes) really went down once clothing items got added to their website. I was recently "influenced" by a social media creator to make a purchase for the first time in about 6 or 7 years and when I got my order I immediately remembered why I cancelled my membership. The boots I ordered were cheap and screamed low quality, fake leather. It also took an extremely long time for my order to arrive in comparison to what I remembered from previous years as a customer. I'm glad I only paid $10 because that's about all they're worth. Cancelling again and NEVER COMING BACK.

Sadly Dissatisfied

Unfortunately, I made about 10+ purchases on Black Friday and the quality on all items purchased felt cheap and poorly made. I have bought from JustFab in the past and I loved my previous purchases but I'm very disappointed as to how the quality had dropped. Ended up returning all purchases.

It is not going well!

My first package arrived quickly. However, my boots looked as if they had been worn. They also contained scratches. I am waiting for a package/my second package which has not been delivered yet. I have received several exception notices and at this point, I am over it. Thinking about canceling my Just Fab.
