I bought two pairs of size 6 pumps and both are a little too big for me. Unfortunately, the 5.5 would of been too small so I'm going to have to find someway to make the 6 fit.

A nine is not always a nine and it's always a guessing game on what size to buy. Also shoes are a little disposable you can wear them for a couple months

I sized up because I know some of the shoes are cheaply made. I usually wear a 9/12 - 10(Depending on the make of the shoe) but ordered a 11. Show arrived and STILL didn't fit. I attempted to look at the bottom of the shoe to be sure I ordered the size I thought I did and could not find a size sticker/imprint/ label. I searched inside and all around and there just simply was no shoe size indicated. So thst confirmed for me even more thst was not a size 11. I was so disappointed cause the boot was such a pretty color. I sent them back without hesitation! I thought shame on JustFab.

The only thing I don't like about just fab is that it's a pay when you have to remember every month before the fifth to skip the month otherwise you get charge

The right show was 1 size the left was a different size. Trying to explain this to the lady on the phone took 20 minutes and I'm still not sure she gets it...they sent me new ones. In the wrong color. Real mediocre at best.

Absolutely horrible. My order was supposed to be delivered on February 4th. It is now the 16th and nothing. No updates from FedEx, and no help at all from JustFab when I contacted them. Wish I could give zero stars.

I've owned the same exact pair of the black Remi thigh high boots before a few years ago and they were much better quality. I can't even wear these out because of what little care went into the inside stitching making it bulge out in multiple different spots along the leg. I'm disappointed extremely as I used to be obsessed and love my old ones,. You get what you pay for I suppose.

The delivery service provided by JustFab was awful, the address and location that I gave is public knowledge there is no way you could have missed this entity, very disappointed very very disappointed if I could give a zero I would, they sent my boots back because they could not find this location, smh...

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
