With out theater selection, they booked my ticket. Worst options they have. Its better to keep away this site.

My experience was the same as the others. WAY overpriced tickets, taking advantage of us sorry folks who do not do our homework and trust too much. How could any business screw people so thoroughly and expect to stay in business? I do not begrudge them charging a fee but they go way over the top. And when I called to register a complaint they were rude.

I would not trust this company, I was promised Sideline bench seats to promote their company and all I received was excuses and lies. And to top it off, the owner said that I was a bad person. If he did this to me, then who's to say he won't rip someone else off. I did my research on the company and was told that it's a company of scammers. I even read that the owner was a con-artist.

My tickets turned out to be counterfeit. I showed up at the concert, my tickets were voided and I was turned away. When I called Just Buy Tickets they didn't even have proof that I had purchased tickets from them. It took me two days to get a hold of someone at Just Buy Tickets just to find my order number. I was told by Just Buy Tickets that in order to get reimbursed I needed to provide proof that my tickets were counterfeit and then they would "investigate" the situation. Absolutely horrible customer service! They were not at all helpful, friendly or sympathetic to my situation.

Ordered tickets April 28,2013 and got them the day of the show, July 2nd. I called on a couple of occasions and they said they were mailed but were not.
Never again, horrible service!

OUTRAGEOUS ticket prices! They charge nearly double the actual ticket price, PLUS ~$25 handling fee PER TICKET! Horrified that they are on the internet. Stay far, far away from these guys!

Bought my tickets in December and didn't receive my tickets until Feb. 17 morning of the show. When I opened the tickets that morning they weren't the seats I paid for and had someone elses name on them. At the show the person sitting beside me told me he sold these tickets on ebay 1 week before the show. What happened to my tickets and my seats that I paid for and why were these tickets bought 1week before the show on ebay and overnighted to me? Sounds fishy to me... just sayin!

We were charged triple the price of the ticket. Price of ticket was 54.00 when we received it in the mail. We understood the 25.00 per ticket fee and the 15.00 deliery but to charge 111.00 for a 54.00 ticket without the additional charges is absolutely outraguos. This site should be banned from the internet. Very bad site. Put them out of business please.

Loved it got the tickets I wanted for a reasonable price. Tickets arrived via FedEx promptly.
