Looking for a specific color Alabaster or vanilla should carry more selections of colors and I see you carry only aluminum blinds and not vinyl.The blind seems to have a little damage due to shipping because the end cap at the bottom right when I was trying to figure out how to install the clear plastic part to handle while making the blind go up or down the aluminum edge was bent, I figured it out that it will snap into place.
You have no idea how long I've been looking to replace horizontal blinds with vertical blinds for WINDOWS. All I could find was vertical blinds for doors. If these blinds work as expected, you'll receive more orders from me in the future.

Your web site was confusing so I looked at all the blinds and went back to order page and either I entered the wrong window size or in my looking around your site went to a standard size. I needed 22 x 36" inside mount. I received 24 x 36" inside mount (which is what my order sheet said). Nice blinds...but they don't fit. I'll give them to someone who needs this size. I did reorder the correct size from you and they are now being made.
Ordered wrong size last time, went away from site and came back and width changed from 22 to 24 inches, I noticed it too late.
I had order shades previously and had a good experience. This time, one of the shades was short. I thought Imeasured per the online instruction, but came up short. It is workable and the shade is of good quality. Will measure extra long next time.
If they make a mistake even when you've proven through photos they made wrong size with your correct measurements, they refuse to honor guarantee of remaking or refunding. They lie—they'll say they have no measuring instruction on site (after you've referenced it) when in fact they do have info on site. The self important reps parrot each other: "I have as much authority as a manager." They are arrogant and argumentative. They don't care about repeat customers. Promos are misleading enough to be considered deceitful: "buy 3 get 1 free" should be worded "buy 3 get 4th one free". Devious and deceptive—horrible people and company…there are reputable companies out there that stand by their policies and care about satisfied customers and repeat business—this is not one of them.
Pricing is great. Customer service lousy. And, be prepared to wait for a couple months to receive your order. I ordered simple blinds for garage interior windows. A huge mistake. Just surpassed the two month time frame after purchase and still not delivered, and tracking has no updates, and the telephone hold times are so long when calling that you just give up. Seems like this is by design. Much easier and faster to source locally and have them cut. Won't order from these guys again.
We ordered 5 products at once, one of which hasn't arrived after 3 weeks now. One of the products ordered could not be filled as they no longer carried desired fabric. Roman shade was nice and easy to install. Roller shades on the other hand... the instructions are sparse and are definitely not thorough enough to even make a good guess on what goes where. Fast forward 1 hour, one fight with husband and 3 Internet videos (none of which were adequate due to difference in mounting mechanism), shade is sitting on the couch.
When I read the reviews there were so many 5s I gave this company a shot and ordered my blinds. Previously I had purchased from Smith & Noble and although the price is def better, the installation process with JustBlinds is a nightmare. Nice blinds, arrived a few days early and measurements were right on. The difficulty comes when trying to snap into place. Easy to get the front dip the of bracket into place, but to push up and back and catch the second clip is nearly impossible. One bracket just fell apart in my hand! I guess you get what you pay for. :(
I ordered two cellular blinds with top-down, bottom-up option and vertical blinds for a sliding glass door. After about 6 months, the larger cellular blind would not stay up at the top all the way when the blind was closed (all the way down at the bottom). The gap grew, and several complaints resulted in no response except that a new part arrived unannounced in the mail one day. We replaced the part that is supposed to lock the string, but it didn't help. Upon closer inspection, it looks like a design flaw related to the type of lock used (cheap and flimsy) and the type of string used (skinny and slippery). I would not recommend purchase of this type of shade from JustBlinds unless it is for a very small window. Only a 90-day warranty.

I have yet to receive my blinds. After two calls with justBlinds reps i felt reassured that my order would arrive by Nov 22. It was slated to be shipped by Nov 18th. I made my order on line. As soon as it was processed the shipping date changed to December 5th. Like 5-10 minutes after my third reassurance that it would ship by Nov 18th. I called customer service again. She basically said "Tough. Do you want to cancel. You probably should." I didn't because i don't want to go through all this elsewhere, but am very unimpressed with their system.

I bought 4 black roller shades. Picture clearly shows light filtering and description says light filtering. When received they were completely black out. I've contacted support numerous times and all they say is that their vendor shipped the correct product. So if this is what their vendor creates, and they choose to sell this as a "light filtering" product, then they are lying to their customers and STEALING their money. They will not get me a refund or provide me with light filtering shades. Thieves.
#1 - I totally fell for all the glowing 5 star reviews. But they all seem to consist of a) three short sentences, b) GREAT 5 star review, c) but never an actual Google review. If they're not AI generated, it's the same person writing them. Here's my experience, Just Blinds is AWFUL. They were two weeks late delivering my blinds. Even then, the blinds arrived without installation instructions. Then, turns out, Just Blinds sent the wrong brackets. Now I have to wait three (3) weeks for the right brackets to arrive. Just Blinds COULD BE a really cool business. It's not. Instead of focusing on quality control they're more concerned about their on-line reviews. Which - IRONY - if they sent their blinds out a) on time, b) with instructions and c) the right brackets, Just Blinds wouldn't have to worry about reviews.
Set up and installation took no more than 15 minutes. The product is everything that was described online. We weren't exactly sure about the color, but it matched perfectly.
Love product and cost fit my budget. Will tell others about the product

The pleated shades were exactly the color we wanted and they fit perfectly which is most important. Ordering was very easy and they arrived in a timely manner. My only complaint might be that when lifting and lowering the shades they don't adjust evening--so you have to be sure you pull both sides down together and adjust them so they are even. The shades I replaced these with I didn't have to do this. Overall I'm very happy with them and would definitely purchase from Justblinds again!

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.
