I came home from work and saw that my dog ate a lot of chocolate muffins. I was freaking out starting to panic and spoke to the Doctor Who was extremely calming and informational. Not only did he guide me step-by-step on what to do next, but was assuring and made me feel 1 million times better about what to do and with having zero experience with the situation I felt I was able to overcome and handle it so much better. Definitely need more people like him!

I am a new JustAnswer user. Over the past few weeks I've found it to be very useful and worthy of a positive review. There was a bit of a learning curve, as the interface is not quite as intuitive as it could be. But once I posted several questions, received several very good answers, and got used to how it all works, I'm a fan! I was very satisfied with what the doctor told me bout my dog she would whine and carry her toys around and she would actually try like she was nursing her toys band the doctor was very professional tell me what was going on. A false pregnancy. This was actually not the first time she did this but it made me have concerns. But I was very assured that it was a phase that some female dogs go through. My query regarded possible sale of a property (unit) jointed only by HOA members: the legal means involved. The Dr. was very helpful and informative. My pup has had an itch problem due to flea allergies. His ears have now started itching too. I thought it was mites but I now know that it is very rare for dogs to have mites. It is a yeast infection that was probably induced by his allergies. He sent all the information to me for things to get to help get my dog some relief. I'm very thankful and would recommend this site.

I received a email from one of the sales people on POSHMARK, she said that garment bags was going quickly and if I wanted them I need to purchase them now.

I had already purchased the bags, so I went the customer complaint page to fill out a request to remove one of the charges.

Somehow I was redirected to Just Answers, I was not aware that I was not on the poshmart site anymore, I told them that I was charged twice for the one items.

When Just Answer asked for my card security code I thoughts that they were going to refund my money back to my card.

So I told them that somehow I were on the wrong website, they said no problem they will work on getting everything fixed.

By this time I received a text from the sales person and she removed it extra charges.

I am now aware that I am on the wrong website and had been misdirected, and told them that.
I ask them what are you talking about and how are you going to fixed anything.

I didn't know that I was joining a membership, no one said that I was joining a membership until I told them that they I was on the wrong website.

Just Answers emailed me letting me know that they have refunded my $46.00 dollars back to my credit card.

They say they understood that I thought that I was on POSHMARK. And this is why they refunded my money back.

I was inquiring on, actually, advice on how to be able to clip my super spicy cats nails. She's a tortie! Medications that might be used to calm her down. We discussed a few things to try, along with going over the things I have tried. Dr Yerke was extremely knowledgeable and understood my frustration. And she also "got" my sense of humor regarding the situation. She all reassured me that I wasn't doing anything wrong and in fact, I was doing things right.

In the past, my experiences with ss have been difficult and stressful due to lack of people working there. I could never get through on the phone, resulting in standing in many lines. Once I did connect with a real person, everyone was wonderful, patient and helpful. This particular issue could be avoided by adding the option, in the letter, that there is no need to contact ss if I had no changes. The gentleman who helped me today was great. I just don't want to be charged for having to ask a simple question

Prompt and clear and quick

I called about my printer's fuzzy output. When I asked for a phone call I got no response but discovered afterwards that somehow my WIFI blocked incoming calls and didn't even have them on the phone log. There was voice mail but my phone never rang. Still I was able to get advice through texting and the printer works fine. My phone has a problem now so I'll be taking it into Verizon to find out why there's no access to the 4g network.
