I came home from work and saw that my dog ate a lot of chocolate muffins. I was freaking out starting to panic and spoke to the Doctor Who was extremely calming and informational. Not only did he guide me step-by-step on what to do next, but was assuring and made me feel 1 million times better about what to do and with having zero experience with the situation I felt I was able to overcome and handle it so much better. Definitely need more people like him!

I asked a question on December 25 that was never answered. I called on 4/5/2021 to cancel my membership. I was told everything was taken care of but here we are two months later, still being charged. The customer service chat is run by bots. I had to go through 2 bots before I could chat with a real person who took care of my request. Time will tell if they actually cancel my membership this time. I attached of the unanswered question made back in December

This business is a total scam. Do not enter in your credit card info! My bank alerted me to suspicious activity, otherwise I would have never realized that they automatically charged me for a $60/month membership without my knowledge.

I have asked them multiple times to refund the money, I was never told I'd be automatically enrolled in a membership just for asking 1 question. It might be legal, but its an unsavory and unethical way to run a business.

Do not give them your credit card info. Avoid at all costs!

I went to Bugera amps to find out is they had a part available. Bugera sent me to Bugera/just answers for a tech answer. Was told it would be a $1.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I went to pay they tried to charge me $56.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I wanted to go back to the on line assistant to find out why I was blocked from doing so. I will not pay anyone $56.00 for a simple yes or no answer to do you have a part. Screw you Just Answers! No one should ever use these jerks.
Shame on Bugera for using them for parts availability questions.

Never use Just answers, ever!!!!!

This was hands down the most unpleasant experience I've ever had when it comes to online businesses. After day 4 of myself sending multiple emails, talking to multiple people, being promised phone calls that never happened, told by agents they would look into it and they would be right back but never came back and them saying they were marking my question as urgent I cancelled. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Super annoyed that I wasted my time for nothing!

I did the trial offer and got back what ended up being incorrect answers and so I tried to cancel, within the 7 days. I thought it had been cancelled but received charges anyway. Tried to resolve it with customer service to no avail. Their Chat Center gave me nothing but company configured responses and then ended the chat even though I had more questions. They basically said too bad, we don't do refunds etc. I'll advise anyone to avoid their service.

A better cancellation and refund policy. Most reputable companies are willing to refund if not for any other reason then good PR.

I asked specific questions carefully written out and I get answers that don't even relate to my questions I signed up didn't get any good results so I unsubscribe and they won't give me my $46 back. What a waste of money.

I started the process early this morning, was hooked up with an expert by text. Then they had misunderstood I wanted phone call. So he told me to pay for phone call and he would call me. I called 5 times, waited on hold an average of 30 min each. They finally assured me he'd be calling any minute and he never did. Hours later, I call back and he is "offline" amd they can't help me. What a JOKE and a WASTE OF TIME!

These people took monthly payments from my credit card without me receiving any invoices or notifications that the deductions were happening. I believed the membership was cancelled. They were not prepared to refund any money. For me it would have been much, much cheaper to go to a local lawyer and ask my question, rather than lose hundreds of dollars in a series of silent deductions over many months until I realised and stopped it. Customer service with a view to any sort of resolution was non-existent.

I was looking for a refrigerator repairman and a popup stated free trial thru JustAnswer. The popup stated join for a $1.00 to talk to a repairman $1.00 and a $37.00 charge for their monthly membership, which was for a month after that trial period of one month. I did speak to a repair man but his advice did not work. I cancelled before my trial period was over. When I got my statement, I was charged the same time and day of 1.00 and 37.00. I actually read the policy before I check the subscription. It said UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR FREE TRIAL WILL BE CONVERT TO AUTO PAY. The companies reply to all bad reviews is that customers have a choice for membership plans for us to choose from, which I never received just a box to click start your trial offer. The popup was gone after I check the box no information, but order history said I joined with the double payment. There is 2,472 complaints just for 2022 for this company, the complaints go back as far as 2018 just as many or more each year. This is deceptive billing practices. This company keeps receiving compensation of scheming victims out of money. The company has a repetitious reply to all complaints presented as a form letter.

I literally just wanted to ask a simple question about my 2003 Audi body and then it emptied my checking account if this can save one person from just losing $40 instead of 5 Then I have done a good job please please don't use this site I'm sure there's a free one out there that does just as good of a job because I've seen the reviews good luck to you all much love PS I know I missed the small print but they really should have Made it more bold especially when in texts they told you it was just a dollar/$5

Avoid them at all costs!
They do not send any email correspondence about your membership. It is unclear what you are even signing up for. I paid $5 to use their service then $70 to speak with an attorney. Never used the service again, never received any communication from them. Then they charged my account $46 3 weeks later and refused to refund it. Do not bother with this company that preys on the reoccurring membership unless you cancel.

They advertise that they'll answer your question for $5 but they really charge you $5 plus and additional $39 as a monthly membership charge that they'll keep charging you every month until you cancel. Not only that, but their mechanics have no idea what they're talking about. The person they connected me to, which was supposed to take less than an hour but actually took until the next day, basically told me to consult a local expert. What a joke.

Had a legal issue, google around thought I would find help. I get justanswers and they said for $5 they'll have a pro, in my case an attorney give me advice. I fill out the chat and they sent me a link stating it would be $5 to join and post my question to attorney. I get a notification from my bank the SOB took out $65. I contacted their customer service, they said there's nothing they can do and it's my fault I didn't read the terms. When I told her that the terms weren't presented until after I paid & that their chat agent didn't say anything about an additional fee in our chat prior she went on and on about nothing she can do and it was still my fault. I tried uploading pictures here but it wouldn't let me because files are too big. TRUST ME, STAY AWAY!

They are scammers that prey on desperate and needy and should be avoided.

These folks have NO imagination, and their efforts will be underwhelming, at best. The intellectual laziness I received was not what I expected. They put ZERO effort into resolving an issue and instead gave simplistic, rote answers to 'fill-in-the-blanks' and justify the overcharging for less than mediocre service. I found a great solution that actually worked and NONE of the three lawyers at JustAnswer could conceive of suggesting this simple answer. Don't expect these folks to 'think outside the box' they created for themselves.

Don't waste your money or time on these folks. I got better advice from my barber.

You should know that it's not $1 to join. Read the small print. They charge you monthly after you pay the $1 fully refundable. The first page is very clear its ONLY $1 to join. Its the second page that gets you. Then because they called, they don't refund saying they performed a service. I had 4 issues of which they could not resolve even one. So that's the 'Service" I received. When I called customer service, she said she would not refund, and then asked if I wanted to take a survey after, I said yes. She hung up.

Its a scam, beware. I don't believe their 4 stars. No way others were helped so much when out of 4 issues, not one was resolved.

NONE, THEY ACTUALLY COULDNT RESOLVE ANY ISSUE I ASKED THEM TO RESOLVE.

I had no idea I was being signed up for a $46/month membership. I paid to get an answer about my daughter's health. 2 years later, I'm still paying $46 a month and they refuse to refund the money they STOLE from me over that 2 years. I never use that card so I don't even think to look at the statement, so it went unnoticed until now! This is a disgusting company. AVOID at all costs!

What a scam this website is. They charge you $5 for a question, then secretly bill you $46 a month. You get one word answers from the "experts". I called and asked for a refund for one of the two months I was charged without knowing, when in their terms it says by law they must make you aware of additional charges before they happen I never received an email stating I would be charged and a member ship would start. The customer service and "supervisor" were rude and were not any help at all. 0 out of 100 for customer service

I was told I would only be charged $2, then stung for $66. Their "customer service" was useless, just kept saying their policy wouldn't allow a refund. I said it was illegal to tell someone you were sending them a link to pay $2 and then charge them $66 in the hope they don't read the small print. If I'm in a shop, they tell me something is $2 and then when they ring it up I wave my card and get hit for $66, that's illegal. So is this.

Well. That's it really. They're a fake sad substitute without knowledgeable answers to questions you are probably asking, like me, at 3 am because the real professionals are closed. Don't waste your time or money. And even after you ask for a refund and ask them to cancel they still steal money from your account. Truly absurd. I hope they catch fraud charges bc what they do is not helpful, but criminal rather.

This site sucks, cancelled my membership right away, but they still charge me the monthly fee because of some fine print bull$#*! I did not read carefully enough. Seems there are other negative reveiws about this site, so I am not the only one complaining. Use a local search instead to find help, they provide a much better service and you can actually speak to someone from your area.

They advertise that they can get answers to common questions from experts, and that it costs a $1 "fully refundable" fee, but then they enroll you in a $40+ membership without warning and when you complain or contest it, they won't offer a refund. They know this is intentionally misleading, it's their business model, but they don't care.

If you got scammed by them, file a BBB complaint. It seems to be the only way to get your money back.

The quality of answers is generic; not worth the money. There are better, less scammy telehealth services available.
