I have 2 original David Mann paintings and I've had GREAT difficulty getting them appraised. I guess "biker art" is just not mainstream enough for most appraiser. I decided to give this forum a try. I had no clue, are they worth $50 $500 $5K $50K? The process was quick and easy. I now at least have a ballpark figure about value. Allison was very helpful and even suggested I document the story on their back ground since slightly unusual. Thank you

Very disappointed by your way of acting, you ask me for my credit card number to locate my order, but it is to charge me $56. Got customer support which, for me is not honest. When you charge me, you do not mention the amount neither the reason. So, I was happy talking to Mr. Satish, but very unhappy for the hidden fees. It is the last time I order from your company, through Facebook, mentioning that Laura Stores are closing which is NOT true at all.

Excellent customer service

Sebastian gave me excellent customer service. He was very thorough. Did extra research and I appreciate him. I didn't get the answer I wanted because my item was defective. But at least I had a good technician that knew what they were talking about and was able to give me a clear and concise answer

I got the phone call. I talked about the problem and the expert gave me instructions what to do. Step by step. The man said he was from Tennessee. He asked me about the medicines I took that I should not have taken. He told me to keep checking my blood pressure. He told me to drink lots of water, and to add a spoon full of table salt. He said to call 911 if my blood pressure measured under 100.
