I purchased a 3 day juice cleanser from this company. They shipped it UPS who did not deliver it to my apartment but across the street at the offices of the apartments. This product is supposedly shipped airtight with dry ice. When i ipicked it up from the office there was no dry ice and it was warm. After reading the merchandise inside the package it sais it has to be refrigerated and cannot be warm. One of the bottles exploded all over the kitchen. I conctacted them and they did initially respond. They said they were not using phones at the time. I told them my problem and now i cannot reach them and they will not respond. Stay away JusbyJulie.

Will charge you for the shipping almost the same as you pay for the juices, with no option of choosing the shipping options neither, will the purchase arrive in a short time!
There's nowhere where you can read or see the total shipping cost, before you purchase, so you have no other choice.
Customer service on the phone not helpful at all!
