I purchased a tv ariel from them but jackpin, bolts and connectors were missing. The ariel ended up being useless.

Other products were safely delivered and were the rightly ordered ones. Delivery was within the ETA.

They are trustworthy; however, I wish they could resume their pay after delivery services. They also need to improve on their delivery timelines and schedule, the order was delayed a couple of times.

Good. I said good. From time to time, you will shop with Jumia and they will deliver. They should just improve on their time of delivery and refunding customers whenever the transaction goes south.

Jumia entices you with all manner of promises and sugar-coated deals, but once you're drawn in they really can't care less. Bought my son a tablet from them for his birthday. When it was delivered, we immediately noticed its WiFi capabilities were down.On calling Jumia, they said they couldn't really guarantee the features on their listings are accurate since they deal with third-party vendors. What a load of c***. So my only alternative was to wait a week for their agent to come confirm my claims were true, then they might try follow up with the vendor.We've never felt so cheated

You get what you asked for, something I hadn't expected especially for electronics. I'm now open to shopping with Jumia

Poor products, poor website (fake return locations, fictional pin locations sent on SMS for returns, fictional button for "live" chat) the phone number provided has endless recordings which lead nowhere, very poor phone and in person service at Kaka House. Most products offered are close to junk - I got a fan with multiple missing parts... it was quite an adventure to just try to return it.

No point going through Jumia. Just identify the brand you want and buy directly from the store online.

They got my phone delivered right to my doorstep within 24 hours. I couldn't believe it

I bought an LED mini projector from Jumia. Upon receiving the item, I found out some of the components weren't working. For instance, the USB port could not read the Flash disk, and the memory card port couldn't read the memory card. I returned the item to the pick up point (Nakuru), and they were to issue me with a refund in 5-7 days. The refund never came. Instead, the rejected the item I had returned, claiming that it was fully functional. They even said that they had sent me a video of the projector fully functioning via my WhatsApp. I never saw the video. Avoid jumia like a plague.
