I commanded a bag eastpak which I paid and on the place I received a no bag which has nothing to do! They do not want to send back me another bag, while they recognize their error, and they do not want to pay off me! Go your way they are thieves! It has been now 15 days since I sending of e-mails every day and it is a dialogue of deaf person! Do not especially command(order) on this site!

You pay for eastpack bag and send a completly different bag and try to explain that it is a problem of transport. No way to refund, they just propose a discount for a new attempt!
