I have ordered many pieces of Jewelry and I am pleased with almost all of the pieces I have ordered, there were a few that were damaged in transit but overall my experience has been a positive one, I love the selection of jewelry and the value, my advice is to read All of the descriptions before you purchase.
I order some product on 12-12-2023, said two days busines delivery, one sta over in Arkansas form Tennessee, now told it will take one week to get product,No help on call line just excuses. One week to ship one state over? Really. It took two days to process order for pick up yet they dang sure billed me in the 12th.not shipped yet? So their two days business delivery is misleading and a false advertising. Like their products but customer service is truely lacking with their customer in mind.
If one is a discerning shopper, great jewelry finds can be found at JTV. I love their Tahitian pearls and Golden South Sea pearls. I have been able to add so many pieces to my jewelry collection with the Stretch Pay option. I love JTV!

Your products are beautiful, and no one can touch you prices and value. I love the shipping rate. Delivery time is a gift in itself. The specials, specialty buys, power buys, and the jewelry sets you offer have kept me as a 15+ year customer. Your operators are nice and eager to please.
The only non constructive thing I've experienced is the latches on the necklaces. They are almost always too small. One more thing. Your offer beautiful neck pieces, but then you add an ugly, too simple for the gems chain. 9 out of 10 times that ugly chain keeps me from buying the item.

I've been shopping with JTV for approximately 14 years now! I still own my very first purchase: a 10 carat yellow gold anniversary band with baguettes and rounds, and I've never looked back.

Regarding receipts, I've a huge stack of receipts collected over the past 14 years or so, but I would be hard pressed to locate each applicable one. Besides, I tell everyone I am as organised as a flea in a tornado! Also, I'm sure I've earned a black belt in misplacing things...but not my beloved jewellery!

° Frames one and two: These are stones I won from JTV many years ago, with the exception of the opal (I purchased it from you; it came from the closed Australian mine, which is closed). I have had jewellers literally beg me to sell this opal ring to them! Never!
I took each of the other centre stones to my jeweller to design rings. a) Alexandrite helped with clean white diamonds, b) Champagne diamond solitaire in rose gold, c) Burmese ruby (won casting from JTV as well), d) jeweller chose design and included an accent diamond from my wedding ring, and lastly, e) a South African princess cut pale yellow diamond.
° Next is a very lovely champagne diamond accented halo ring I purchased from JTV many years ago, and lastly
° Lastly, I purchased this rose gold accented setting circa 7 years ago. Earlier this year I nabbed this large, gorgeous London blue topaz stone from you, and had it mounted. It is absolutely exquisite!
I also own a 2-carat Tanzanite ring talked with white diamonds, cast in 18-carat white gold, but forgot to take a photo of it.

I have been shopping with JTV for 9 months now and I have really enjoyed it. I keep the pieces I love and I return the ones I don't. They make returns easy with return prepaid mailing label and you can return for any reason. The shipping fee is deducted from the refund or you can mail it yourself. I especially love the pearls on the Precious World of Pearls and the Bella Luce line. I'm so happy I found JTV!

I have been shopping with jtv for at least 20 years. I have seen them improve in the last few years. To me, their CS is much improved as is QC. The biggest issue I've had is the sizing of some rings. When I order a 7, it fits like a 6. I've never had an issue returning or exchanging. Most orders I qualify for free shipping. They've even started having coupon codes again and unlike another network, they work!

I've bought from JTV over the past 3 years and my experience has been almost perfect except for a ring with many small diamonds. One of them fell out after only wearing 1 week. Even so, I gave them another chance. Saw a presentation for a 10k gold ladybug pendant encrusted with tiny diamonds. I had to have it! It looks as good as 14k but more durable. Now I prefer 10k plus it costs less. When I view their products I trust JTV to give precise weights and a gem treatment disclosure. I had a bad experience with another shopping channel that over stated the gram weight on a neck chain. It weighed half than what they put in the description. Anyway, I think buyers should know JTV's real gold jewelry deserves more positive reviews.

I have been buying from JTV for about Three to Four years, I NEVER had an issue, and never sent anything back. Just received a 36 inch long stand of pearls, they are gorgeous! Can't say enough on how beautiful they are. A few months ago I ordered and 18 inch strand, they were gorgeous also. I also love JTV's black spinel, it's so sparkly, and rich looking. I am glad I found JTV, love watching all the host, most are very knowledgeable, on all the jewelry.

JTV makes jewelry affordable and gives someone like me on a fixed income payment options I can afford. They also have a multitude of different gemstones plus jewelry school if you make your own jewelry. I haven't loved every single thing I bought they aren't perfect but nobody is perfect. And their jewelry is fun affordable

I didn't even bother to read the negative reviews because something's real strange with a rating this low. I am not an employee, nor do I know anyone that works for JTV. I'm just a consumer that has bought tons and tons of jewelry from them and I'm telling you there's not any online site, television, or jewelry store that has as good of prices, or offers as good of gem stone quality jewelry as JTV, bar none. Who else let's you pay out a Tanzanite, Morganite, blush garnet, opal, amethyst, or diamond ring out in 4 to 12 months and that's not doing a credit check? They give you 30 days to check out your purchase, so
You can take it to any Jeweler and have it appraised if you like, and if you don't like what they say you can send it back and get all your money back. Just remember there's a lot of Jewelers out there that maybe don't like JTV because they can't match or beat their prices. They don't charge right now to ship to you but
If you choose to send something back you will have to pay a $6.99 return shipping fee. That alarm is cheaper than anybody else. But the main thing is where on Earth are you going to find this kind of beautiful rare gem stone quality jewerly without having to go all over the world. People go to JTV and look for yourself. I can guarantee you'll be happy. Remember this is JTV not The Jewelry Channel. I'm wondering if some people are getting the two mixed up? When I first got my little band, it was smaller than I thought and diamonds aren't the greatest quality. However I've gotten a lot of compliments and the way they mounted the ring it gets a lot of light. The price was around 290.00 so not going to fuss. Now when I ordered a silver dome ring in blue, white and champagne Diamond it was smaller than a size 8. But it's so beautiful and I knew what it was when I got it it's rhodium over silver so it may need to be dipped in a year or so. Really depends on your wear and also you can't wash dishes using certain soaps and bleach. So what I do is take it off to do my dishes or anything that may harm the stones or the metal. This is my 4th purchase from JTV, and not bad at all and I didn't purchase protection plan this time. My ABSOLUTE favorite is my Tsavorite Ring I purchased my self for my Birthday, it is beautiful. My Mother passed away and was a estate jewelry specialist and she would have approved…well not my cloudy wt 14k flower band due to the diamond quality. But over all it's been a lovely experience with Customer service and online service. Will be ordering in the future. Do your home work and really choose wisely so that you get what you want.

So so your homework, know your metals and asked about the difference between plated, filled and pure metals. And know your stones, look at other sites and pull up history and where they are mined and cut. Jewelry is an investment just like anything else so be careful.

I've been a loyal customer of JTV for 20+ years. Of course there have been things I returned over those years... Heck I've returned items to Kohl's etcetera. They have the greatest customer service folks! Always go above and beyond. The mark up on gemstone jewelry is 500% NORMALLY. They don't have to do this. But hey... Best Return Policy Ever. Great Customer Service for 4 yrs. Great variety: costume, gold, silver, real jewels far more rare than diamonds - and diamonds. Better prices than Ebay, online, or brick/mortar stores. Educated hosts (check the credentials) educate me. JTV hosts are great! Real people from real America - no psuedo artsy snobs. Last pic: tsavorite garnet 10k earrings, 14k tanzanite beads, silver tourmaline bracelet, Keith Jack silver over 22k earrings. Stretch pay, auction & card w/interest free option made these & more possible. Hint: like anything else, don't let interest free option expire!

I can't say enough good things about JTV. Where else can you buy something on Flex pay, then send it back within 30 days for a full refund.? A lot of their stuff is from China, but that is the situation in most retail sales. Jtv returns my $, NO? Asked.
I have honestly sent back more jewelry than I have kept. It's like buying any product on line or from t. V., I need to see it. It's hard to get the actual size of something unless I see it in person. Love, love JTV and I am a very picky person.
