JTF Business Systems

We have had a Dahle poster trimmer for the eight years I have worked as Office Administrator at a state university. Our Dahle trimmer has been an awesome asset. We have to produce a lot of posters to meet student needs for graduation projects, research exhibits, and presentations. In attempting to help me, one of the faculty members tore the blade off the trimmer. I was able to replace it, but it has never worked completely right since. I just got approval to replace it, and hardly knew where to start. I saw the "Dahle" brand name on the trimmer and google searched. I found the exact same trimmer with a referral to JTF as an authorized dealer. JTF actually had exactly the trimmer I was looking for ON SALE. Despite being in the throes of a telephone system revamping that threw their internet into disarray, Roy McDaniels and Lydia Venuti were able to gather my information, prepare a quote, accept my payment and get my product on the way. It was such a relief to deal with such helpful people.

Placed an order for printheads for my copier, gave them my credit card information. After 8 days I sent an email as I had heard nothing about the order since the order was placed, no response (even though they say they sent an email back) the 9th day I called since I had received no response not only was their website a SCAM for the products I ordered they had no intention of sending the products to me. Mostly sat on hold trying to get an answer. They do not communicate They do not have the product they advertise They have no intention of shipping what you order They have your credit card information Another East Coast SCAM Company... RUN
