It was difficult to talk to them to raise concerns about our shipment and when I got the chance to, I was answered by an unprofessional personnel who was obviously not trained properly to talk to customers. He was not sure about what he was talking about and instead of getting answeers and resolution to my issue, all I got was more confusion and a lot of headache. I wish they had a customer hotline with trained customer support representatives to accommodate their customers' concerns.
