The baffles required were not in stock, so they suggested shipping them from another store to the hotel where I was staying, ensuring delivery would be made before the end of my vacation.
They arrived promptly and well packaged, with clear information on the labels.

I purchased 2 levers and was a little bit confused that in the first package only the brake lever was found, but a couple of days later a second package arrived with the clutch lever.
Sadly I realized in the product description of the manufacturer that I may need a small screw called brake piston pusher or something similar. This was not mentioned in your product description if I recall well. I purchased this part directly at the manufacturers online shop an got it also fast delivered.

Impressed with both products! The DOT4 brake fluid performed flawlessly, ensuring smooth braking. The Honda spray cleaner effortlessly removed dirt and left a glossy finish. Plus, the price was unbeatable compared to Amazon. Highly recommend!

It was tough to find a matching set of tires for my unique Scrambler, J&P had them in stock but they were two years old via date code, Im confident they will ride the same as newly produced ones.

Almost always find what I need. Wish some of the descriptions were a little better but I can usually get it figured out or chat with someone. Overall buying part with J&P has been easy and reliable they've helped me keep my '86 Sportster on the road.

Selection and shipping are great. But at checkout online I don't know how I'm supposed to put in my 15% off code when there's no place to enter a coupon code.

Have not put it on my bike yet. I don't have 50 characters to add. Man of few words.

Ordered monster sucker air cleaner and FP3 programmer and received in about 3 days. Also ordered mufflers at same time spent over $1100 and thousands over the years. They sent wrong air cleaner talked to them they said they would process an exchange and get it out to me. After not seeing it sent 4 days later called they told me then would have to send other one back before they shipped new one. Their policy use to be they would send new item and a return label in box to return wrong item. A tway nailed there item back then a day later get an email saying my new order would be shipped the following day. They charged me an additional $35 and sent it slow as they could a week to receive replacement. Have bought my last parts from them will be buying from Dennis Kirk or Revzilla in the future. Worst customer service ever

I bought an air breather kit while on a Florida trip. Sale went well. Then I found that it had to be returned two days later. It was not touched. You should have seen the attitude I got with that return. It was enough to keep me from shopping there. Bye Bye. JP..

I ordered a Dimmer switch because the one on my bike had gone out, I ordered here first. It took a little longer to get here than anticipated, but customer services contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund for the poor experience, after I decided to just wait, I got the switch, before the week was out, overall very satisfied

My experience has been worth my investment purchasing products from your company makes me want to return for other purchases. I will definitely be looking at your site first for now on for products. I'm interested in thank you J&P Cycles.

The product is good and shipping fast. One less star because I signed up for the 20% discount, got the discount code in my e-mail, applied it to my order during checkout but it didn't take it. Beware of items that are excluded from discounts. I find this reduces the shopping experience if there is small print to deal with. Customer service was good in explaining and partially making up for this misunderstanding.
