We booked a tour to Rajasthan and were happy with the service. Covered almost all places of interest within a short time compared to the area of the state. Their services are also good to have no doubt that they provide healthy and good food. They put their best for our comfort.
I booked tickets with them three weeks ago or at least I thought I did. Long story short they never booked my tickets just realize this today a week and a half before I fly and now they want to sell me tickets at twice the amount that I paid three weeks ago. Total scam in my opinion
I booked a flight yesterday for 2 seats at 500 on their big special. Got a confirmation email that it was in progress. Today it was canceled and email sent me a request for a call. I did lady on the phone said first it could take days for a booking to be completed. But she literally told me they gave my seats and price to a family of 4. But i could get on the same flight economy for almost 3 times the original price. 500 to 1289. Price switch pissed me off. And they are Still advertising old price!

Be very careful if you make the mistake of using them. They didn’t bother to tell me that they did not purchase my tickets and buying them now is twice as expensive

They only care about full advance payment. The moment you think of booking your trip with Joy Travels, you are screwed. Don't go for them.
Joy travel do scam around the world. Do not be a victem of it. If they ask for money transfer then you are done. No cash no transfer otherwise you will cry.
It was a very worst experience. They didn't understand passenger's requirements. The travel with joy travels was very very hectic one.
