Joy Travels

I booked a flight yesterday for 2 seats at 500 on their big special. Got a confirmation email that it was in progress. Today it was canceled and email sent me a request for a call. I did lady on the phone said first it could take days for a booking to be completed. But she literally told me they gave my seats and price to a family of 4. But i could get on the same flight economy for almost 3 times the original price. 500 to 1289. Price switch pissed me off. And they are Still advertising old price!

I can't say how much we appreciate your services. Joy Travels was completely respectful of our budget and priorities. I truly do not have the words to express the amazing vacation that was planned for us by Joy Travels. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful trip! It was such a nice cruise, explored some beautiful islands and beaches. The hotel and resorts were right on, thank you for choosing that for us. Good Work!

I booked a trip through Joy Travels on a friend's recommendation and was happy with the tour package. Flights, Visa, Accommodation, and Sightseeing were taken care of. Thanks for making my trip amazing.

I booked tickets with them three weeks ago or at least I thought I did. Long story short they never booked my tickets just realize this today a week and a half before I fly and now they want to sell me tickets at twice the amount that I paid three weeks ago. Total scam in my opinion

I had a great experience dealing with Joy Travels. It was a pleasant stay in Jaipur. The travel agents are an excellent listener. Our travel agent responded to all emails and phone calls quickly. I would definitely use your service again in future.

No advise that cheap tickets are STAND-BY but salesperson emphasises how much cheaper they are. Be careful and phone before buying

They only care about full advance payment. The moment you think of booking your trip with Joy Travels, you are screwed. Don't go for them.

We booked the Dubai tour and were happy with the service. Airfare and desert safari was included in the package. The hotel was great, and the staff was well trained.

Joy travel do scam around the world. Do not be a victem of it. If they ask for money transfer then you are done. No cash no transfer otherwise you will cry.

It was a very worst experience. They didn't understand passenger's requirements. The travel with joy travels was very very hectic one.
