Do Not attempt to do business with this company. We purchased a vacation plan in 2014 and had 10 years to redeem it. When we contacted them in 2017 to arrange a time, they said they could not honor the contract because they no longer promised those terms. We requested a refund which they said they would not do. After multiple attempts to contact them again most unreturned, we filed a complaint with the BBB. After many, many back and forth communications via the BBB, we finally received a refund check, only to have it bounce. Again, Do Not Do Business With This Company!
