Ella Dunn, Employee #643199, greeted me with such enthusiasm it made my day, that was nice. There is an UGG hoodie sweater that I LOVE! Hanging on the wall! I don't think you understand, I have the same hoodie that I purchased prior to falling ill with COVID-19, several years ago & unable to work. An UGG hoodie was not a priorty BUT did I mention I LOVE the UGG hoodie sweater. Currently, there are only certain type of material that does not hurt my skin. I can be in this hoodie 24/7.LOL Prior to me having to think if I could/should purchase this expensive wonderful hoodie because it's SO EXPENSIVE but worth it, LIKE $100 EXPENSIVE but it's on sale! But It's not my size, it's too small Ella went to her computer to see if she could order it online. No luck! She could have left it there. Instead, Ella went above and beyond by looking to see which other stores had that hoodie in my size. Ella found my size, Ella reached out to the store and asked if it would be possible to have that item transferred to her store for a customer to purchase. They said YES! 😊 I am SOOOOOOO HAPPY! THANK YOU ELLA!
I ordered online 2 pair of shoes and made payments through Klarna! Because the shoes was delivered but not to the correct home, they didn't want reimburse me my money or resend the shoes! Do not trust Journeys! Go personally to the store and buy the product! Don't do online purchases! The house they delivered was green and my house is blue! I paid them so it's not about the money! But I guess Journeys needs it more than me!

I had EXCEPTIONAL service from a rep who assisted me and my daughter. His name was Reggie! He literally went above and beyond for us and other customers all at the same time. I watched him as he helped us and greeted every customer that walked in. He didn't make us feel rushed, he had no problem running back and forth to get us different shoes and sizes. He gave us time to decide on what we wanted, he advertised the sale items. Took time to size my daughters foot, gave his opinion on colors and styles. Reggie did everything with a smile and friendly manne I pray this review gets seen because although some would say he just dis his job, great customer service is hard to come by these days, he seemed genuine and I feel he should be recognized. Thank you for giving me and my daughter VIP service!

After reading all the reviews I became nervous about my order so I emailed customer service to my surprise they answered very quickly and were very helpful. I received my order in 3 business days and the boots were in perfect condition. I will order again!

I went to the journey store on December 19th in Victoria BC and they didn't have the size I wanted. The young woman in the store guaranteed me that she could have the right size delivered before Christmas and to my surprise Wednesday December 22nd it arrived at my door! This is amazing service and I'm super happy Excellent

This is my first time ordering from Journeys. After I placed my order I was curious and wanted to see what other ppl thought which is when I came across this site. After reading the terrible reviews, I became so scared and constantly tracked my package and even chatted with them on their site about my package twice to make sure things were okay. The first chat was honestly not as helpful as the second time I chatted with them but the second chat did calm my nerves as they told me the estimated delivery date and my current status. My package came right on time and I ordered a pair of docs which were completely brand new and perfect, the right size and everything. I think they stepped up their game due to all the bad reviews, so I would recommend ordering from here but just be cautious.

I ordered my shoes on Thursday March 5 2020 and got them Tuesday March 10 2020.
My shoes was in good shape when they came. No bent edge or no broken strap. I ordered the ugg fluff yeah slides
I went in today October 10 2017 to buy my brother some timberlands for his birthday. Before I came I seen an online price at South County Center of 129.99 when I showed her my phone and the price after my total came out to be 203.50 I was told that was an online price only. Not thinking I went ahead and bought them until my boyfriend said no, we need to go back I can get these off amazon. So we did. I asked to return them to the same girl. Then her manager came over and asked why I wanted to return them I said because I can get them cheaper. The manager went on to say that they had a pair in stock of 129.99 OBVIOUSLY not knowing I had originally asked for them the the beginning. The other girl who I bought the Timberlands from told me that the price was more because of tax and then said that that was an online price, probably realizing tax would NOT be that high of a difference. To wrap it all up, she tried to get me for more, she lied to me and I feel like that was completely wrong!
I ordered some shoes the night before last and got them this morning. Fastest package I ever got. I was shocked. And my daughter loves her shoes. I'll defiantly be ordering again.
I never been to the store but I purchased shoes two times online. They are fast in sending the purchase. Once I had to exchange a model for a different one and it took them a week to update me regarding the process. I found out that was because I sent the parcel with Canada Post instead of UPS! I wish they informed people about that in the website.
They have helpful staff answering the phone and in total I'm satisfied with their service and would definitely buy from them again.

In the case of returning the online purchase send it back by UPS.
