These people do not know their product. They shipped us an item that doesn't even exist in our Jotul heater. They were unresponsive and difficult to deal with regarding the return. When we complained to the manufacturer (Jotul international) we were told they were not an authorized dealer, but an "online bootlegger" of Jotul replacement parts. Worst online experience we ever had.
