JotForm made it incredibly easy to create a sign-able document from our existing document. JotForm also made it incredibly easy to link/embed the form URL from our website. The best feature is when the form is completed, it sends a copy to us and the form signer. This made what was previously a time consuming process for our users into a streamlined automated process that is very efficient.

I was used to Google Forms, but Jotform is much better! Conditioning is easy and versatile and the design options make the form more authentic. Being able to choose between single question of form format is also great.

Jotform is so easy to use and doesn't require to the user to be a techie or a web designer, 100% would recommended to anyone that is starting of an needs to create a form. I like that Jotform provides many options for all different sized companies with different needs. I was plaesed that I was able to easily create the form for my needs. JotForm is an awesome platform for creating contact forms and surveys. We use JotForm for our contact forms on our websites and they are easy to create, edit and implement on your site. The different plans available are great for any size business or project but the free plan still allows you a lot of options for customization of your forms. If you are going to use the free version, make sure to include CAPTCHA on your forms in order to make sure you do not go over your monthly limit.

My first time using Jotform builder and I was really amazed while building the form because all of the requirements I needed in the form like the needed fields, and settings are available and it is so easy to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!

My previous review was one star. Since I'd paid for one year subscription, I've been able to get assistance that's helped significantly to my business. Their fees are listed for monthly versus yearly. That's something that could be better noted. Nonetheless, I'm extremely happy with how their forms are both created and easily completed by my clientele.

I have used Jotform for my real estate coaching business for several years now to help hold my coaching clients accountable to their weekly goals and standards. At times there are glitches but it is easy to make changes and corrections with simple edits. It has been one of the easiest ways to track their work!

Fantastic app. So many features available in the free version, with an easy to use dashboard to navigate responses etc.

I run a wordpress site for my non-profit. Due to wordpress's security issues, I try to make all submission aspects of my site use external services. Jotform has solved multiple problems for me. I can now take donations on my site without paying for a wordpress plugin with questionable functionality that puts my donors at risk of identity theft. Second, I was able to build a submission system for my site's contributors using jotform. I am considering a paid subscription but still trying to figure out what the advantages would be for my service, but it looks good so far!

Love Jotform I have always have, nowadays Im looking for something that doesnt have form impressions. Support at Jotform is the very best. I commend them for what they do at any time of the day or night. But I have come to realise that form impressions raise the cost of Jotform. And form impressions are as simple as leaving open a web browser which loads the form time and time again and there's all those impressions being counted to your detriment. So if many clients used the form then allow their page to load continuously without actually closing that tab, it increases the form impressions continuously which then get so high that you have no choice but to pay for a higher upgrade. The more clients you have the more form impressions. Jotform increases their revenue at the simplicity of a loading webpage. They are honest about it. They dont hide it. Everyone has a form impression limit but what they dont know is how easy those limits are reached accidently.

I have had no problems and it is working perfectly. My online store form made it intuitive and easy for anyone to use.

I have only recently started using JotForm and think that it is brilliant. It is very user friendly and very easy to use, giving even a complete novice the ability to create highly functional professional online forms. An excellent product, highly recommend it.

I run a not-for-profit website and forms are a key part of the services and functionality I offer visitors. Two of my forms appear on 150 of my site's pages and I'm always needing to add more. Yet, I'm always surprised at how easy it is to use JotForm's form-building and integration tools. They really make it easy! Jotform is a robust for builder. It even offers 5 forms for free with a lot of features offered for free. Upgrade and get even more! I have used Jotform for years now and I highly recommend the form builder.

I have tried several other form builders, including Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms. Jotform is by far the easiest to use. Whether to build simple contact forms, or to create a complex intake form with digital signature, I've found jotform to be the easiest to use and most reliable. Strongly recommend. Easy to embed on wordpress websites. You can also download PDF file of all submissions to that form.

Our non-profit Homeowner's Association started using JotForm a few weeks ago and the benefits have been astounding. Our residents are able to fill out forms on both our webpage and our mobile site, whereas they previously had to hand write it and FAX it! This has made sharing information incredibly easy.

I'm a web designer and use JotForm on many of my clients websites. It's a very convenient way to accept orders, payments, requests, etc. and keep track of everything in one place. I haven't had any complaints about how my clients forms are functioning; they are very pleased. I recommend JotForm to everyone.

I was looking for a form to build and i tryed to make one with html/php. It was going fine but i lacked the skills for conditional options. So i checkout a few online form builders and they all worked good, but did not have conditions!
I found jotform and its been a life saver! And time saver! Our business will be partners for life!
