I have had a terrible experience with Joom last year. My first order was in 8th Nov 2022 with approximately 120 small nails items but it was not fully delivered after 3 months later. They sent me every single item with separate packages, I was very annoyed and requested to get refund instead of waiting and receiving the rest of order. I had contacted with sales department, they said that I needed to be patient and to send them the proof of undelivered items. I wrote to them that their suppliers/ partners seemed to have not much to do other playing with packaging small items and then sending every single one to customer day by day. It was an unprofessional service. I requested they refund me bcos I had no more patience after waiting nearly 7 months from the first order. It was just wasted time and money for Joom. Cheap price - cheap quality - cheap service.

I ordered a relatively expensive item from this website, as Joom by far had the best price for the item ( my item was for sale on Joom for about 300 Canadian dollars, Amazon and other sites have it for about 500 Canadian dollars. Jacked way up)

Since I have never heard of this website before, it basically just me taking a risk, willing to lose the $300. Especially when I read the other reviews for Joom on here.

Happy to report that I got the item, it shipped to me within the time frame that Joom communicated, and arrived in perfect condition.

Good site, I often make orders here. Delivery is fast enough, you can buy almost anything you want for little money. I love this kind of stuff!

Pleasantly surprised, came as stated 2 pieces of screen protector, even napkins are there, packed normally, everything is intact, the size fits.For this price came 2 pieces, super.

Not bought anything yet just won't to know are the sizes accurate as the products look really great.

Great product. It arrived intact, without scratches. Inside is a filter, a movable upper part, everything is as stated. The seller is polite, good service.

I thought this company was good place to buy staff it turn out to be very bad place and not diliverying my staff now I been told my staff will come 8n 1 month latter

I bought a product and it still has not shown up. I've tried contacting them twice with no response. It appears that there are serious scammers

Update! I did get the product and they did get a hold of me so obviously they're not scammers. I just wanted to update and say that

To me I see joom as I see The 'amazon' to 'ebay' -Joom being Amazon and 'wish' being eBay. Like anything from online wherever you get it, the key is to make sure you look at the description, pictures also maybe the reviews before buying. Also take into account which country it's from as some sizes vary (but there is a brilliant size chart -if not by size by measurements) the customer service team chat is really helpful if needing answers that aren't on the Q&A. Whenever an issue has arisen it's been replicated (usually refunded) before I notice e. G out of stock / lost in post etc.)
Personally no complaints! The app and services are great if any issues faced it's from the sellers / transit (very rare) not the app or service.
Just also want to point out that the searching options are amazing too with categories and subcategories for the finer searches. Though if anything I guess they could do with adding extra filters for various items especially the clothes (you can search sleeve type of tops but not skirt lengths - but for the vast amount of products from house - pets - self care etc, can't grumble at a few filter options.
The advocado kimone, face mask(buff) and puffy cuffed sleeve blouse are just a few items of the many I have ordered using the app. Matched the description and sizes great.

Like the fact that they offer very high quality and affordable products and put them at total access, would recommend to anyone needing a quick small purchase once in a while.

I love this website it has everything you could ever want and for a low price. I can accessorize any and every outfit I own and on my budget I didn't think I could ever afford to do that. They all the cutest and newest designs from hats to undergarments. The only downfall is shipping takes a long time. But shipping is free so definitely worth the wait. Keeps this mama styling...

Iv ordered a lot from joom. Quality of items have always bin good. Items have always turned up b4 when they said it would. Ordered some usb 1tb sticks which went faulty. I sent a message an got refunded within a few days. I use PayPal

I love to accessorize. But on my income it's not always easy but this site can help you accessorize like a millionaire. And they have all kinds of things to choose from. Great place to find gifts as well. I love this site I could spend all day just looking. So if your balling on a budget they got you covered.

I bought a mobile phone and when I received it, it was not charging and not switching on, I contacted support joom they wanted a proof I sent it to them and they said it was not convincing and now I have lost my my and I don't have the mobile which I paid for.

There is no risk whatsoever buying from JOOM. Aslo, if you pay with PAYPAL you have their protection as well - but this has never been necessary.
I think all the negative reviews come from disgruntled resellers who want to discredit Joom.
Have ordered dozens of items from them. On 3 occasions I wasn't happy with the quality - got refunded immediately, without even having to send back the items.

Over rated biggest load of $#*!e there adverts are 100% bull $#*!e to the real deal (dont by $#*! off this dhite site.
