Not gonna lie the range of assortment on this marketplace is the broadest. I frequently shop at Joom whenever I need something that is impossible to buy in my city or at least there are constant troubles goods availiability. There are many categories from classical apparel to home appliances. T's and C's are transparent enough to understand when your parcels will be delivered.
This is what we've got for 20 € and come without the box. Very disappointed! Be aware of this website SCAM!
Horrible customer service. Product came in damaged and unusable. After sending photo and video evidence and long messaging between customer support the company doesn't want to take responsibility to initiate a refund.

This site is an absolute con. Do not buy from this site. They advertise products with better quality pictures and details which are false and then you do not receive what you think you are paying for. The returns process is crazy with over the top shipping costs that are more than the product so it's not worth returning the crap you do receive. Stay away be warned but better quality elsewhere.

I ordered something on Sept 21. Within a week it said "delivered"
Tracking claims it's delivered. It was an electronic device, and cost me ovver $250 canadian $$
So i asled my lanflord if they grabbed it. I asled every house on my block if they maybe got it by accident.
I checked places they could have hidden it just to be sure.
I was home the day of delivery. Nobody rang the doorbell and nobody knocked. My roommates were also home. And they didn't answer the door to accept any deliveries either.
So I emailed joom and they basically said a big $#*! you. We got ur money so we don't care anymore. And that's basically it. They won't take accountability. Told me to make a police report. Wtf is a police report going to do?
I wonder if they even mailed it to me.

Totally disappointed! Thieves, that is what they are! I expected seriousness, I ordered 3 sets of men's briefs in 6XL size online, paid by card together with the transportation fee and got only one set. When asked for information, they had an offensive attitude and blamed me for not having evidence. I never received any documentation inside my package. I had them reported to the authorities, I bet I'm not the only one scammed!

Ordered purple top. Arrived weeks later in green cheap material and baggy - nothing like picture on website. Did not respond to my complaints, or picture of product received. Nothing. I eventually got refund through PayPal who I paid with. They took it up for me.

Shocking site - can't call it customer service - so poor. They deliberately deceive customers. They made a mistake in 3 orders out of 5 and can't see what the problem is. I was asked to destroy an item and send photos in order to get a refund. Save your money and stick with a reputable site. Please see pics, I ordered grey faux leather jacket and received khaki green cotton jacket and they can't see an issue - how stupid do you need to be. Do not buy from these lying, cheating thieves.
Ordered a watch from this so-called company in May which was advertised to take 28 days now in July. I still haven't seen at the tail of it. They say I can't get a refund until the 2nd of August. Apparently the last watch they sent me out got as far as Birmingham, and then what is abandoned, I would advise people never to deal with this firm they have got no standards at all.

They have an online jobsite that is scamming people, claiming moneys to be paid in order to receive money. They never receive the money as they cannot afford to pay required fees. Customer services very unhelpful and tricky

You show them by description, photos and videos and they keep asking you to do it repeatedly even if you say you want to return and get a refund. Everyday for 7 days we are in this loop. Show video of defects - done! Then they say to redo. It is just a scam - they wont let you refund. Please see their ratings and reviews before buying. My mistake i should have. I advise people beware of joom website, I recently purchased a smart watch and memory card for it and the claim that the store I purchased it from wasn't on their site and it was. Make a long story short they would not help to resolve the issue, I sent them proof and still nothing. I co tasted all who could assist and again still nothing. I refuse to rate because it has been a very POOR experience dealing with JOOM PURCHASES, so because I have to rate they get 1 star if I could do have that's what it would be.

This is the most useless company ever. Customer service is pathetic and nearly non-existent I ordered from them a month ago according to the tracking the order was handed over to DHL on the 18th of November then it went dark for 3 1/2 Weeks and on the 14th of December I get a notification it's been handed to DHL again. Where has it been sitting for nearly a month that's probably damaged if it's been sitting somewhere for that long. The problem is I ordered it so it would get to me in Australia and time before I left to come to New Zealand I travel to New Zealand in 6 days and there is no way this item will be with me I therefore have requested them at their expense to contact the shipping company and have it redirected to me in New Zealand where I will be for the next 6 months I certainly don't want a $400 parcel sitting on my doorstep where people can steal it for six months I basically told them they do that or they refund me in full. If they fail to refund me I will put in a dispute with my credit card company and request to have them blacklisted. I have bought from many e-commerce companies around the world and I have never had an issue and if I have it is been sorted out immediately or a refund given instantly. But this company has just marked me around and these so unhelpful it's not funny I would seriously avoid using this company I don't trust them any customer service is nonexistent
Update apparently the item has been delivered I don't have it that's not at the house it's nowhere to be seen I contacted them to tell them and their advice was to contact Australia Post which I've already done and Australia Post advise me there's not much they can do as only the sender can lodge an enquiry or an investigation and as I'm not the sender too bad I lose out. This company has ruined my holiday ruined my Christmas and his paws me so much stress and wasting time writing to them it's not funny and they refuse to refund my money so I will now be taking them to court and I will be going to my bank and I will be getting my money back in full I suggest you avoid this company. They may have great deals on products but when something goes wrong don't expect them to try and put it right because they just don't care.

Made an order, they took the money from my bank account (debit card), and have never delivered the product. When I go to my account on their website, it says I have no orders, so I can't even cancel and ask for a refund. This is a complete scam. I don't know why the law isn't shutting them down. I placed an order with Joom and purchased 11 items totalling just under $400. Most of what I purchased was on sale and I also had a coupon. Apparently, each item is done as an individual order, and all charged at once, which they took out of my PayPal immediately. A couple of days later, I got a pop up that my whole order was cancelled and I could expect a refund within 7-14 days. Wtf?
Apparently, there was a "glitch" after my coupon expired and the sale ended. They told me to put through my order AGAIN, even though I'd have to wait to get my money back, and I would not have paid the same prices.
I asked her if she could cancel my refund and just reorder everything I ordered and then I would just get it for the price I originally paid. She said that wasn't possible.
BEWARE, this just happened today, so we will see if I even get my money back, but I'm FUMING! I can't believe any business in 2022 operates this way. Disgusting.
