I ordered five fragrances, four came in one box and one came separately for some reason. The one that came separately leaks if held upside down and the packaging for both wasn't the best, so minus one star for that. However, it was decently timely in getting to me (make sure the item says in stock or it might come way longer than you want it to) and the prices were very good so I can't complain much.

It was a great experience. My only complaint would be that the watch did not arrive on the date stated. This may have something to do with the shipper not Jomashop. Overall, I will buy from them again. Order # M34B9358.

Ordered a men's Gucci wallet, a women's Gucci wallet and a YSL handbag on November 27. My wallet arrived in less than a week, I was a bit skeptical when I opened the box because the wallet was only wrapped in a clear bag, no box, no tags or anything. My husband's wallet arrived on the 8th day, in a Gucci box, dust cover and all tags included. Both seem legit. I'm giving 4 stars because my handbag, which is what I'm most excited to receive, was supposedly to arrive last week, everyday I check tracking, I find that delivery date keeps getting longer, as of today, it should arrive on December 11. Hope that doesn't change. I'm taking my items to an authenticator. If all looks good, I have many more purchases ahead. The prices truly can't be beat.

Orders came quickly and packaged nice. Could have been shipped at once had 4 items all shipped alone at different times would have liked for order to have been shipped at the same time seemed like a waste for shipping and time to be delivered all at different times. But overall pleased with products

If you want to talk to someone on the phone to help it's impossible. I ask a question and they hang up on you. That happened about 4 times. They had the watch I wanted at a good price so I bought it.
Otherwise I would look for a better company with pleasant phone service.

Ordered a watch to germany. Didnt arrive within 10 days so i contacted the support. Fast and helpful. The delivery service lost my package and they instantly sent a new one which arrived a few days later. 100% would buy again. Bad thing is the watch had no certificate.

First, I've made my order without creating a cabinet. Later on I've created a cabinet attached to the same email, but no order information was available, as well as the link to the order status provided by the email wasn't working.
Next, part of my order wasn't in stock by the time I made my purchase. No email with any explanations of that was sent to me. I've had to reach out to live support to figure out what's happening. That was a very unpleasant experience overall. Why does the shop sell goods out of stock without any notification?
Finally when the order arrived, one of the fragrances turned out to be too faint smell.
I understand that everything here is subjective and that's probably the question to the manufacturer, rather than the shop.
But summarizing the experience, it adds some negative impression to the bunch.
Nevertheless, I don't think that the shop is bad or anything, just would like to bring attention to the points where improvements are definitely needed.
I'm still considering occasionally buying in this shop (with cautious).

I love my newest watch, and I'm very happy with my purchase and all interactions with Jomashop thusfar.

I ordered multiple pairs of eyeglasses since I have a wide face and frames are pretty difficult to find since I am based outside the US. Website itself makes it very easy to find the frames that fit my requirement and has been the best experience I had looking for glasses thus far. While the tracking on the website itself doesn't work, the numbers work on the USPS website and shipment was surprisingly fast. The goods arrived mostly as expected (great quality for their prices!), except for two Ray Ban frames that left much to be desired with the quality. I don't doubt their authenticity though, and I would allude this to the quality of Ray Ban products going downhill due to mass manufacturing because of Luxottica. (M32B5182)

Love the purchase experience, the only inconvenient was that the first watch I choose was not available, and I had to chose another option. But I love the purchase experience in the portal. So many good options and information on the brands.

Order: IM35M1642. I got a wrong product and I did call the customer service department, they immediately solve the issue. The problem was that the agent that took my case got confused several times and ultimately I had to agree on their terms eventhogh it wasn't full beneficially for me.

I was glad to get authentic Niche fragrances at a great price. The time it took to ship was a bit slow and shipping time was average. Overall, I recommend. I bought from them 3 times and am pleased so far

The site offer great products and prices. My main issue is sometimes you get an error when trying to use the search filters and have to refresh the page to see the filters applied. Definitely will keep buying from JomaShop

It was good experience and fast to receive the watch.

The website is so easy to navigate and there are lots of new deals on a variety of products. I have purchased sunglasses and watches from them. They ship very quickly and the communication is very good.

This site would be 5 stars if the shipping didn't take so long I paid for 2-day shipping. It was shipped a week later but I did receive it within 3 after being shipped.

I have had 5 or 6 orders of 100-400 through jomashop. Of them, 5 were SUPER quick and excellent. One of them was waiting for a bottle, but at a certain point when I would ask for updates I stopped getting responses. This lasted for an entire month of weekly emails being ignored, until I bombed all the support channels and then had all of my requests shut down, then AGAIN ignored for another week. Finally, one representative emailed me when I threatened chargeback, and after that I got everything within a week. That was disappointing, but I tried it three more times since and all of those were excellent. I'm hoping that was a fluke, and I will continue to shop on joma unless this happens again.

The products I order were in very good condition and the time of shipping was what its supposed.
