I knew exactly what I wanted to get and I got it through the website. I found out about the website through the internet, and was confident the products are authentic. The unenjoyable experience started after my purchase. I would receive over 10 marketing emails daily. The unsubscribe button does not work, even after trying to unsubscribe using different browsers and different devices. Even after contacting customer support regarding this issue, the unsubscribe was not immediately resolved. I had to go through a few back and forth with the rep to finally get it resolved. (I also had to block *******@jomashop.com so that your emails would stop). It's very intrusive and really detracts from the shopping experience.

One of the pictures for a watch a bought showed a wood box, nevertheless, the box received with the watch bought was a paperboard one.

I got Jimmy Choo sunglasses from this site. They look ok but arrived without an authentication card. So not sure wether they are real or not. Wore them ones and went back to my old sunglasses. They don't protect from sun very well, I expected more quality lens from a brand name like Jimmy Choo.

Jomashop offers a variety of luxury brands and items at comparably affordable price. However, I found return process and policy are not so favorable for buyers for having buyers absorb the return label fees, etc. Communication with customer service was not a top notch. Response received a day later each time when asked a question.

So I purchased this watch early 2021. It's September 2021, watch worn about 5 times and the band has broken. Contact no help given

Patience is a must! Product comes in perfect condition. Once they have it in stock it is shipped to you very quickly. It took them over 2 weeks to get my first order to me but then once I got the order it changed my mind to order again and again. Once they get their delivery system down, they are great.

The watch was amazing, everything I thought it would be and you did not let me down on that aspect. The shipping took a LOT long than expected. It said 2 weeks and even gave me an arrival date, but it arrived almost a month after I paid for it. I needed it for a present and I'm just lucky I ordered it so early as it got there two days before the event! Would definitely buy from you guys again, I'd just keep in mind the shipping time!

Paid extra for express shopping on Joma's website but it was still late.
When I contacted their customer service rep. She said to contact the shipping company.
I asked her to look into for me, she never I did reply back. Had to pay extra huge duty to get in. Canada.
No explanation how duty was calculated.

I always buy watches from Jomashop.com. This time the box came crushed and the lady would not help me with either a replacement or a break. There was an order that I had place before few hours and requested her to send an extra box with that order but she refused. I purchased 3/4 watches as gifts for my cousins back in INDIA and the crushed box did not leave a good taste.
Also I requested to get the discount on the flyer since the amount had reached with two different order placed with few days she disagreed. Anand

Made a second purchase with JomaShop, even though a TAGHeuer watch I purchased from them several years ago didn't go well (stopped working after a couple of months, sent it back to them twice, asked for a replacement, they returned it claiming it was a replacement but it had the same serial number!). Anyway, the minor purchase I just made from them - a Montblanc pen holder - came quickly and without any defects.

I have been using Jomashop now for approximately 4 years. While I find your prices very competitive and impressive, your customer service REALLY needs a lot of work.

We appreciate the fact that your prices are low, but that does not mean that your customers should be talked to the way your service reps do most times. Reps act as if they are doing customers a favor; we are paying customers, regardless of what discounts we receive. Everyone should be treated with courtesy and decency.

Not bad experience, the price compare to the street are quite attractive but the price for shipping are little bit high #M1AY5765

I ordered a parfum. I received it without any problem but the delivery came late.

I've had good and bad experiences with jomashop my actual order was never received and I never received a refund.

I was very pleased with the Fortis watch that I purchased and how quickly it was shipped to my home. However, I was disappointed to find that the watch strap (leather) deteriorated very quickly. Within a month of wear its edges were already splitting and it looked years older than it was. Unfortunately theres no coverage on watch straps through jomashop and so there was no way to replace it. Thats my only complaint. Otherwise the process was very positive and Im happy with the watch.

Ordered a beautiful Maurice Lacroix, everything from order to shipment worked smoothly except for that they shipped the watch with a black leather strap instead of the brown one I had ordered. Sent a message to customer service immediately afterwards and never received a response. If it were not for that, I would have given 5/5 points.

I've been missing a watch manual that I have yet to receive and it's been 4months. Tired of calling you guys.

Easy website to shop, quick shipment. Enjoyed the experience. However I regret because my e-mail address is flooded of Jomashop e-mails. It is daily e-mails if not twice per day. Everyday I need to keep deleting e-mails from Jomashop and I'm tired of that. Sometimes I regret, should have paid more to don't have this burden now..

The watch is too little. I recommend it for kids. I ended giving mine to my nephew cause it looked bad in my big wide wrist.
