This is my first time using jomashop. And I have to say not bad at all!
First I was skeptical because it was so cheap Fossil watch, that it can be fake
But I took my chances and it wasn't and ended up with beautiful watch with very less price

Jomashop was priced fairly and competitively, and delivered the watch extremely quickly. The watch was in perfect condition and just what I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and I will be buying more watches from jomashop.

Terrible customer service! Got different answers from different agents which makes me think someone is lying. In any even they were not able to complete the most simple of requests and of course tried to blame someone else which is a definite lie.

I had to wait a long time on hold each time I called, I won't be using them again, ever.

I am very disappointed with the lack of service from Jomashop after buying a Heritor HR2401 watch and receiving two watches and being charged twice. The error was caused because I was unsure the first order was completed online (an issue with Jomashops website or my web connection?) but was told by email by a Jomashop employee that no order had been received and I should place the order online again! I did this and received two watches and was charged twice. It was clearly their mistake by telling me my order had not been received but they refuse to take responsibility I expected fixing this problem would be easy and quick- however, all I get is unhelpful, rude junior employees.
It is clear Jomashop does not have a customer service culture- their senior managers are not involved in ensuring good service.
Beware of this business - I certainly would not trust them with an expensive watch purchase

Sent Watch with Manufacturer's Defect on Watch Dial

I ordered a Citizen Eco Drive watch for my son from Jomashop.com. Upon opening the watch box, my son immediately noticed extra lum on the watch dial. It looked as though the watch has an extra second marking above the "8" position on the dial. I went through the hassle of requesting an RMA number to return the watch because I was reluctant to give Jomashop a second chance with an exchange. I called Jomashop today to check if they could sell me the same watch at the same price due to the previous order problem. After being placed on hold/Muzak for 30 minutes, I was disconnected. I then went to the Jomashop.com website and live chatted with a sales rep. Similar story: 30 minutes of "let me check if I can offer you the same May 2015 price," but it was very apparent the sales rep was just letting me sit without taking any action on his end. After 30 minutes, the Jomashop sales rep responded that their watch acquisition price had increased and Jomashop could not match the May purchase price. I was not willing to give Jomashop a second chance under those terms and I suggest that you not give them a first chance.

Bought a Rado and it loses 5 min a day (quartz). Sent it back at my cost and they never fixed it. Now they won't return my calls. Ave yourself the hasslelook somewhere else

I placed an order for a Wolf watch winder 12-11-13. It was supposed to be overnight shipping. When I didn't hear anything from them by that weekend I called and after a 45min hold was told the item was packaged and ready for shipping and I would get a confirmation email later that evening. WHen no email arrived by the following morning I emailed their customer service and was responded to later that day that the order was shipping and I should have a confirmation by the following morning. When still no confirmation email I called and was again on a hold for 50min. WHen a rep came on he told me he saw the item shoeing ready for shipping and didn't understand. When he finally came back 15min later he told me he had no answer. When I asked what that means he had nothing more to say but if I was unhappy I could cancel my order. I asked for a supervisor who gave me some story about a high demand and their quality control being behind and they didn't have the item as they came in damaged and had to be sent back for replacement. When I asked why customers were not notified he simply said there has been no time. When I told him that this order at this point was over a week old he stated if I was unhappy I could cancel. I told him that if the price wasn't as good as it was and the date wasn't this late I would have but at this point they need to fill the order. He assured they would send out update by days end. Not surprising that no email came. However friday afternoon at 4:02pm I got an email from an **manager stating that the item would be shipped monday 12-23-13 and I would receive it Tuesday 12-24-13. Again, not surprisingly, but very disappointing the package did not arrive. Every other package ordered from many other companies, even as close as 2 days before the holiday arrived, but not the 1 ordered 2 weeks prior. Their company and customer service are pathetic at best!

I purchased a Momo watch and it was defective. They completely ignored my eMails and I had to file with BuySafe to get my money back. Another order "got lost in the mail" and again, I had to file with BuySafe to get the money back. BuySafe doesn't refund the shipping costs! I paid for three watches, got one defctive one and I am out the shipping cost for two orders. I will never ever buy here again.

I was on hold for 2 hours, then got disconnected. After calling again, I got a recording, telling me that the store was closed now.

The next day I called an no way to get through.

All of my email were ignored - never received an answer.

These people are are dishonest!

No customer service at all.

They will ignore your eMails if you report a problem.

They do not offer manufacturers warranty.

Many of their products are returns that are re-packaged returns.

Just look at other websites and you will find a bunch of bad reviews about them.

Many people complain about Jomashop.

Exceptionally bad, yes. They printed in the text that the product had a 30 return guarantee... yet did not honor that nor would they discuss the fact that the product arrived faulty. There was no refund or replacement of product.

Worst customer service experience of my life. They scratched my $300 watch - when it was in for warranty repair, only had it 5 weeks - and they will not replace it or refund my money. Technically i have owned this watch for 20 weeks. It has been in their possession for 15 of the 20 weeks. I regret that i was traveling and could not send it back for full refund as soon as i noticed it was defective. I missed the refund date by 10 days. Customer hung up on me, called me "stupid" and that it is okay for a "used" watch to have scratches. I didn't go rock climbing with this thing. Give me a break. This place only cares about getting you to give them $$. They don't want a customer, they want $$. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
