Getting a hold of a representative who was educated in the product availability. I was trying to buy a wedding gift and was ultimately stressed out because they wouldn't hold the watch for me to purchase, or extend the 30 day terms by a few days past my honeymoon. Overall would recommend them but prefer shopping places like nordstrom where they'll work with you.
