I have bought three luxury watches from this site. All three I've carefully inspected and they are legit. Although no manufacturer warranty, Jomashop does offer a 2 year warranty. I would definitely recommend this site to friends and family members that don't want to pay full price on a watch. Honestly, Jomashop offers great discounts.

I've been getting the JomaShop newsletter for years, perhaps but was never tempted to browse. But one recent Citizen watch caught my eye because of the style and price, so I jumped on the opportunity.
It was such a seamless experience... from ordering to delivery, I think it might just become my favorite watch shop.
I got Jimmy Choo sunglasses from this site. They look ok but arrived without an authentication card. So not sure wether they are real or not. Wore them ones and went back to my old sunglasses. They don't protect from sun very well, I expected more quality lens from a brand name like Jimmy Choo.
I ordered a watch and changed my mind upon receiving it. I was able to send it back and order another watch. Within an hour of submitting a return request I had shipping label printed and sent back, very prompt service. Shipping time is also quick, got refunded within a week and received new watch which I'm very happy with.
I ordered two watches on separate occasions. Each time they came as ordered. The price was less than at the Mall. I was nervous about ordering a product like this from a website. Would it be a knock off? It was exactly as advertised. I'm very happy with the experience. Never had to contact customer service since I got exactly what I wanted with no hassle. THANK YOU!
I bought Gucci shoes from them and requested exchange for a bigger size. The customer service rep I initially spoke to misinformed me the second one was very rude. I just wanted to clarify the charge on the shipping because why would I be charged if the initial shipping was free. It's so freaking unfair. Now I am hesitant to buy from this store again. Such crappy service
Jomashop does a terrible job in shipping merchandise on time. They have very poor customer service. The common excuses they give are, item is back ordered, still waiting for shipping, don't know why the carrier hasn't delivered, it should be there today. They never ship the merchandise on time. Even if you pay extra for expedited 2 day shipping, the merchandise never goes out until you call and complain. Even after that, it takes a couple days or more for it to go out. Terrible customer service.
I love the fragrance and it also came here fast with its tracking being good. I liked how simple the checkout was and how much help would be available on the site if need be
I have been a customer of Jomashop for more than two years, it has generally been satisfactory every purchase. However, it has happened to me on occasion that a piece brings a slight scratch-very tenuous. If you are looking for a reputable dealer and be sure to shop online so that you get what you buy, here in Jomashop an option. Jomashop did not pay me to write this review.
Returned an item per their return policy and only rec'd a partial credit for purchased price. They stated that their return policy allows them to charge their actual shipping cost (the item shipped for free) against the amount (purchase price of the item!)
After 30 minute hold time waiting to speak to CS rep, he transferred me to a manager that was extremely rude and flippant. When I told him that their return policy was unclear at best, he laughed and hung up on me.

I ordered two of the Seiko "Pepsi" dive watches, one for me and one for my eleven-year-old son. The watches arrived less than a week later, carefully packaged. There were no surprises or disappointments. I will buy from Jomashop again and will recommend you to everyone I know who would benefit.
My experience was horrible never received my watch and have been calling everyday to receive my refund. It's been over a month,the customer service is horrible they just give you the run around UPS refunded my money and I still haven't seen it from this company worst experience ever hopefully I receive my refund back but honestly ain't holding my breath on it. I bought a stainless steel omega constellation lady watch... initially thought too heavy, but after I took off jade bangle from left hand... it is ok. I took it to a local watch repair shop to adjust the band... it looks really great on me... ordered on nov 11 with regular shipping rec' nov 14... super fast...
I have purchased several watches through this company and have been pleased with all of them. The quality is the same as from any other store but the prices much better. The shipping is quick and often free. One time I had to return a watch due to the fact that the face and band was just too large and I had no issues returning same with customer service/ online. I will continue to shop Jomashop!
