Horrible customer service! They said they shipped and that it was delivered, however I NEVER received anything, except the Run Around with about 10 different Customer Service employees. I have never written anyone up, but all I can say is Save your Money & Time~

While the company actually exists and I eventually received my order weeks after I made it, the quality is poor and the customer service is like a joke. I should have known better.

The clothes I got don't look anything like they did on the internet. I have emailed them 14 times for return authorization number they do not reply. Tried to report them to the BBB but I don't have a current address other than China their stuff is junk don't order. It took over a month to get the two items and what a disappointment.

Referring cred my order and they for nothing and looked nothing like the pictures on theweb site. Sleeve we're all way short, wrong coat was sent, shoes were cheap vinyl that squeaked when I walked. Tried to return the while order, customer service told me they would give me$3.00 back and I could donate the clothes. I spent$170.00. If the clothes had looked like the web site I would have ordered so much more. But now I am just trying to warn other people the clothes are cheap, the company is shady. Run away fast!

The clothes don't correspond at all at the description, I bought pants which are supposed to be in linen, it's made of cotton and polyester, the size is way too big. Disappointing and I will never order again.

It took over 2 weeks to receive my order (tracking # disappeared). When received it was poor quality and nothing like the picture on the website. They would not let me return it for a refund. Will never shop there again.

Like all the below, I ordered from several of these sister companies -- ninacloak, anniecloth, etc. and was devastated with what I received -- cheap knockoffs, too-small sizes... But I just received the substantial order I placed with Jolly Fairy before I saw the reviews. And miraculously, they came quickly, were exactly the same items pictured, of excellent quality. I wanted to wear all natural cotton and linen for an author tour I hope to make soon, and they were exactly that. Even the jewelry was as-pictured and just what I wanted. I just placed another substantial order with them. Trust this source -- it's not like the others! Patricia E.

Absolute bottom of the barrel garbage. Nothing received looks anything like the deceiving photos on the website. It took 5 weeks to deliver the items. I now see that they are from China so shipping back may be impossible.

I like this cute sweater when i was shopping online. The style and color is simple. It looks comfortable. In fact, it also touches smooth and warm. And it is easy to wash. But it looks ugly when i first received it, and the quality is not very nice. I understand it because of the price. And it is a little big. My friends all think it looks cute, i like the looseness and warmth of it, which is perfect in winter in NY.

Cheap material, fuzz balls all over the sweaters after one wash n dry. Prints and patterns do not look like they do in pictures. Just cheap crap!

Took 4 weeks for the product to arrive (shipped from China). The wrong size arrived and they DO NOT TAKE RETURNS. Buyer beware!

They advertise that they will give you a refund. But in reality they will not. I spent $57 on two sweaters and they want to give me $3 back and give the sweaters away. They were for me not someone else.

I ordered 4 item and was told they were shipped Oct. 22nd. I received 2 of the 4 items Nove 4th, quality is very CHEAP. I email the service dept, it took them 2-day to return my email. I asked to return the first 2-item and to cancel the remainder of my order. I emailed 2-more times and finally they return an email. Their email stated I can return my item at my expense to China. Shipping to China is VERY expensive and should them item get lost. I will not only get my refund but I won't have any of the items either! They ended their email with "Good day"
