Order some items from Jollyclo. Three months past on an constant back and forth emails asking what was the problem with the order that wasn't arriving, they always say that it was in process, then after almost four months of placing my order they told me that the items were OUT OF STOCK. Really it took you almost 4 months to tell me that. So, I asked for a refund, that was the magic word for then to stopped answering my emails, so I had to open a claim for fraud with my bank which still is in process. Worse scammers online. Don't let them still your money that you work soooo hard for. My bank told me that the Jollyclo transactions appear on your bank statement as ChicV, don't ever order nothing from any of these two websites unless you want to loose your money and have a really bad time.

Ordered a knitted jacket, took two months to arrive and looks nothing like the pictures and it is not knitted. As everyone else says, they make it very difficult for you to return items and then offer you compensation of 15 - 25% to keep the item instead of returning it. It is a scam they must be making a fortune. Do not buy anything from this company or others that sell similar items.

I received my order around 5 months after I ordered it.

The Facebook page gives no indication that the company is based in China but I only found out when I asked to return the item and was told I would have to pay for the return. I received an email in very poor English offering me 15% refund rather than bothering to send the item back!

So I ordered 3 sweaters on October 9th. They looked super cute online, hand-knitted/crocheted and having a bright, 70s vibe. I got one "sweater" via mail and it was nothing like the picture, it wasn't even a sweater. It was this cheap-looking mesh thing with the design painted on. I've been waiting since then for the other 2 garments, hoping they're better than the one I received. I'm not holding my breath. I've sent an email to the company but don't expect I'll get a reply, I'm planning on checking with my credit card company to see if I have any buyer protection coverage. This merch is total $#*!e!

I ordered a knitted long sleeved jacket. No knitting at all just made from some plastic rubbish. What a joke would not recommend this company first time and last time I will order anything from them or anyone selling the same stuff. Should have known but thought I would take a risk what a big shock to see what they sent definite nothing at all knitted

I bought what was suppose to be a Multi Colored COAT and ended up with a multi colored ROBE! This crap is coming from China! I also bought boots from KylieLook that were suppose to be American Flag boots and came in Hot Pink, white and blue! Don't buy from them either. It's these companies on FB that's selling this JUNK! And you can't get customer service for nothing in the world. You send an email and get back a Chinese written response! If it doesn't come from Amazon, I'm not getting it! And I'm not absolutely sure about them either! Below you will see the Coat (Robe), the boots and the boots I was suppose to receive!

Ordered two items - arrived only one, in bad quality, not at all as described. Impossible to contact this company. Located in China.

I ordered a Knitted Multicolour V Neck top for my wife from this company which was advertised on a Facebook Page and from the photographs looked to be good quality. I waited six weeks for the item and had to send chase up emails. When it arrived I could no believe that they would consider that someone would wear this item. It was a string vest that had been screen printed and look like they had run short of ink. I contacted the company as soon as I had received and asked for a refund and to return the item. Jollyclo made all sorts of excuses and offered a discounts on the item. They inform me I would have to pay for the return postage and it would have to be sent with insurance cover and be able to be tracked, this was was going to cost just under £10.00. As Jollyclo had put so may conditions attached to refunding my payment I would be considerably more out of pocket. This company is just set up to fleece UK buyers as they assume no one is going to pursue them for the re-fund. To return the item their term are it must not have been worn, all labels must be attached, in its original packing and they will check the garment for any marks when it arrives in China, then its their word against yours. They have a distribution centre in west London so why do you have to send it to China?

I ordered a sweater from a site off of Facebook not a smart move. Jollyclo has very cute pictures and was very inexpensive. I ordered 21 days ago and still no item. I contacted them through email and they said it takes 3-5 days to place order then 14-20 days to ship. They also said they would send an email when item shipped which I haven't received 21 days out from the order. Not happy feels like a scam at this point will take action with CC company and report. Stay away only order from well known companies. Should of known better. ~ Nancy

Bought a blouse and a jumper - blouse arrived - 4 inches smaller than the size guide - so no use and too expensive to return.
No sign of the jumper and just got a "we're waiting for new stock" when I enquired... and a copy of a size guide that isn't the one on the website! They said 20 days for delivery... delivery by unicorn?

I placed an order in August and never got it. They asked me to wait, I send 3 times email claims and theirresponse was that I will get 20 per cent off. That they cannot provide an estimated arrival.

I also made an order in August and payment was taken straight away but it still has not arrived and no confirmation of order being sent! I think I have been scammed!
UPDATE:
I contacted PayPal regarding this and for a refund and the company have said they are waiting for stock to arrive as they have sold out! They asked me to be patient and wait. I enquired for how long and they just repeated themselves. A month? A week? A year? Just wait and they will contact. I have until 15oct to make a claim for a refund through PayPal which I will do. My order was made in August and it's october tomorrow and still no order or any sign it will be sent! Feel like I've been scammed!
