I had heard jollychic before, the price of their clothing is pretty average. I had a coupon about this site, so i found a retro sweater and a simple blouse and i bought them. My package arrived after 20 days, which was a little longer than I expected. However... the sweater was lovely, so it made up for this slight delay. I know it can be difficult sometimes ordering from a company that you've never had experience with before. Enjoy my shopping.

They were fabulous! I loved the clothing, everything was fabulous quality and it didn't take long to come at all! I'd say two weeks maybe? They do ship from china which could be an inconvenience but if you speak to a representative about it they'll help you! I'm definitely ordering from them again. At first, I saw this website on Facebook. And i was shocked with a silk dress. When i ordered it on their page, i saw the price is $95. Totally, i paid $125 for this order.

After 5 days, i receive the package, my dress is perfect. I think it's worthy. And the quality is very good. The only problem is high shipping fee. If it supply free shipping, i think there will be more friends ordering on jollychic.com.

I just moved up north after living in the south all my life. I didn't own a sweater or a coat. Obviously I needed all new winter clothes. I found this site and LOVE it! I've placed 12 orders with them and have been very happy with everything I've bought... especially for the price.! They tell you that the clothes run small so I ordered one size up. Yes, it takes a while to get the items, but it's worth the wait. My entire closet is now filled with clothes from Jolly Chic. I'm glad I didn't read all the negative reviews before I started buying from them.

I came across this site through a random ad I saw and checked it out. Initially I had no intention of making any purchases but I had saw some clothes for sale and decided to give it a try, in addition there was a first-time 15% discount when I signed up using facebook.
In all, I bought 2 winter coats, 1 hat, 1 pair of gloves and a dress. The order process was straightforward - I keyed in my card details, and 1 day later an e-mail was sent to inform me that they were in the process of preparing my items.
Two days later, a tracking ID was provided and I used it to track my items. I am from Singapore, and I waited in all 7 business days before the mailman showed up at my door with my package. All items were well-wrapped.

Even as an Asian, I ordered 1 or 2 sizes larger (because there were notes on jollychic's website with regards to sizing) and I guess I was lucky enough that all my coats fit me really well.

The gloves and hat are of good quality, although for the clothing there were some frayed threads, but overall, I am still more than satisfied considering the amount I had paid. Do bear in mind that these are not high-end or luxury items, and while my clothes were true to the photos, the quality is not high-end. But, still good!

Throughout the week, I contacted the service staff of jollychic via e-mail to get updates about my package (as the courier had not been vigilant in updating the shipping status) and they replied to my queries within the same day.

I understand there are many negative reviews on the internet but I suggest you give it a go yourself before judging for yourself if it is a online retailer you would continue to patronize. As for me, my experience was smooth, so i foresee myself continuing.
If you had an unpleasant experience, if the clothes did not fit or if there was a huge hidden fee involved because of where you live, then i suggest you manage your expectations, and if you do not feel a peace of mind buying then do spend your money elsewhere as i believe there are many online shops which will be more suitable for you.

So far I have been very happy with the products I have received, not happy with the return policy, but I find the clothing well made with lining in the insides of most dresess, and jackets. So happy about the fact they stock small size shoes to fit me 34, happy about the look and feel of the shoes. I have recommended this site to a few friends as I have had nothing but great service.
