I just received the 2 items i ordered from Jollychic. A plastic clothes drawer and shoe rack for sar158. Holy Crap! When i assembled the items both of those, totally trashy! Parts are missing for the both items and I am sharing the photos here for all to see. I will report this trading company to the Ministry of Economics! That is not fair and is never right to sell to customers defective items! That is plain cheating!

I"m giving Jolly Chic 2 stars at this time but am prepared to change that if necessary. I ordered items on Friday June 20th and have yet to receive a confirmation email. I went back to the site yesterday and sent them an email asking about my order. Still no answer. This is NOT how online business work. Now I am worried that I am going to get poor quality dresses and who knows when I'll even get them. Honestly, I'd like to just cancel my order, but how can I without an order number or anything?!?!?!

I made my order on 16th june and i didn't receive tell now although that it said it will take 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Plus that i am unable to track my shipment, it keeps showing a no logistics information status!

I've been ordering from this website and mostly the things I've got were acceptable. Yet I would like to suggest to use COD rather than online payment. I used COD ever since yet one time when I used online payment, it has been already a week that I don't have any updates from my order. I just received the receipt and after that, no more. Unlike through COD, they are processing it faster. Will never order again from this site due to so much disappointments from my last order. I trusted them so much. -_-

I placed order on 7th july total 17 items and i am honestly so afraid about my money,
I first never prefer buying any product out of uae but knowing it validate through uae government i risk buying but now i am so horrified reading so many negative reviews.
Its definitely too early to judge them but i wish they are bit professional and genuine else they have should get ready to get banned from UAE market. I kind of regretting post my order but since it done i cant do anything only i can hope they come as genuine merchandiser.
And plus i would have never ever buy this if i would be knowing this is an Chinese website.
So lesson for me, before buying anything online i will do full research.

Jolly chic had offered me a 10.00 USD bonus due to a previous "Not as described item" transaction.To cut the long story short, I have placed an order of £33.00 pounds as what was agreed between me and tJolly chic but when I was about to claim the bonus $10.00 reduction, Jolly chic says I cannot claim it as they need a code. I have asked them I wasn't given a code and asked her If she could sort it out she kept on side tracking my questions and gave me all stupid answers which wasn't related how to solve my problem. I am very appalled about the service. And seems she couldn't be bothered at all.

I have NEVER visited nor heard of this website in my life. I just so happened to be viewing my bank transactions via phone app I scroll down and see MULTIPLE transactions in the same day (Jan. 23rd), from JollyChic in Dubai.

For: $199.98, $166.65, $166.65, and $128.27. This is obviously fraud, and I'm not sure how these people got my debit card information. I disputed all charges and opted for a new debit card.

Update: My bank refunded me. They also caught an additional charge from these ***holes. After they hit me 4 times in one day. They hit my account the next day for $135.34.

I would call and cuss them out. But what's the point. Won't be able to understand a dam thing they say.

I hope that site gets shut down.

Took a rather long time to arrive (3 weeks), item not quite as shown in the picture, looks cheap, certainly not worth even the "discounted" price.
Will not be buying anything else from the company.

Got my order today was so excited but disappointed, it took about three weeks to get here not bad I thought, but I do take 3x knowing it was from china I ordered the biggest size 5x forget it wounldnt even go near me may fit someone who is xl or 1x maybe. I will try to sell my items other then trying to send it back. Over all it was nice clothes.

I thought this black and white shirt was so cute... took a while to ship, and it did not look like the picture. The picture looked really stylish, but the shirt was not good quality material and the shirt was boxy and looked like something from Wal Mart. It also was two sizes smaller than the size I ordered.
It was cheap. And that's what I got folks...

Right now I could just cry over the coat that I ordered and the coat that was sent to my house yesterday. When I took it out of the small bag all wadded up, the dead looking faux fur was scary to look at and the coat is so wrinkled that I am not sure what to do about it. Would like to return the coat, but have yet to figure out how to do it and get a refund for my coat.

Tip for consumers:
I wish this had worked out for me. I adored the coat in the catalog picture,but mine does not at all resemble it.

I ordered a dress from this site 12 days ago and have yet to receive my email confirmation. Without the confirmation, I can't track my order. They did however charge my credit card. I sent a email to customer service 2 days ago and haven't received any response yet. I ordered the dress for a wedding this weekend and thought 17 days would have been long enough for it to arrive (although I wasn't aware at the time it was coming from China). Very frustrating. I won't order from this site again.

I live in the UK and ordered a coat from here, size wise its fine, looks quite nice but the material is a lot thinner than I would have expected so its not particularly warm. There appeared to be lots of nice looking reasonable priced coats on the site however, when looking closely at some of the pictures I could see that the buttons appeared to be a really REALLY cheap looking silver colour-aluminium foil style. Having noticed this I decided to go for one that I could see from the pictures did not have these buttons. It arrived on time (took about a week) and when opening the package all I could see where these bright cheap silvery buttons starting up at me! Knowing I probably couldn't return the coat I stained the buttons with black nail varnish and they look okay now, however, they have been sown own VERY loosely- they were dangling off when the coat arrived and after sitting on the coat one of them has broken in half which I normally would not expect! I'm guessing I'll now have to take all the remaining buttons off and re-stitch them in new positions myself-oh joy! I didn't order the coat myself, my mother did as a gift- the coat should have cost around 25 pounds but my mother said that a 50 pound payment was showing up on her bank statement so keep an eye out folks!

In summary:
-item arrived on time (took around 8 days)
- size is fine
- picture on site was slightly misleading/unclear
- buttons were cheap looking and have broken
- im pretty sure they've over charged me

Advice: really look at the pictures if your going to order anything, items are clearly made on the cheap-hence the prices!

Would I order from them again? After reading the reviews and my experience probably not, on the whole unless its the item of your dreams that you can't possibly buy anywhere else I wouldn't order from here.

I ordered dresses on the 14th for my anniversary which is tomorrow. I'm disappointed that I have yet to even receive a tracking number for my purchase? It's not exactly comforting to know that you've already paid and have yet to even be notified that your product is on it's way. If I don't receive my items by tomorrow (which I highly doubt will happen) I would like information on returning the items. Thanks!

I ordered off this site once and it was great. Loved what i got and came fast.
I recently put in another order and I paid for the express shipping.
My order has said "undistributed" for some time now and I asked customer service about it and they said preperation will take 3-4 weeks.
Not impressed after I had paid for the express shipping.
The customer service agent then just said, "give me your order number and I will cancel"
I will never order from this app or site again.

I just received my order and am so disappointed. The quality of the blouses I ordered were fine. Received the merchandise in a timely manner. I ordered the size according to their sizing chart and that's where the problem begins. I ordered XXL and figured I would have a really nice fit. All of the labels say XXL. NO WAY. My daughter is a size 9 so I let her try them on. They are even tight on her. I am not going through the trouble of sending them back so I will just take the lost. This is too bad because I do like the blouses.

Ordered 2 items on 22/06/2014 but did not receive yet. The only thing customer service keeping saying is to be patient. But how many days more?
They are cheating customers by offering flat rate shipping with out tracking number.
Now they say i have to pay $6 additional charges for shipping which i had to pay. This time if i am not going to get my products then i have to take legal action for fooling customers and i would seriously give bad remarks on social networking sites.

Tip for consumers:
try not to choose flat rate shipping if you face with express shipping too then stop buying things from this useless site cuz u will waste your time, money and patience.

It's a chinese company, orders don't ship out for at least 3 weeks after an order, customer service representatives are non-excistant, and I just got a notice saying that my final order might be a different size than what I ordered. For this kind of service, they honestly shouldn't carry anything for more than a dollar. Nowhere on the website did it say it'll take a month for delivery (If i'm ever going to receive it, the tracking number they gave me doesn't work, and the website they linked me for tracking doesn't seem to be working either). That's what I get for ordering online without researching the company though. UGH.

Update: I received the product, and although the size is completely off (i'm guessing its around 4 sizes too small), it IS a well-made beautiful jacket, so I've updated my review. I still think its ridiculous that there is no mention of the extremely long wait time on the site, and I did have to leave about 10 threatening messages on their live chat service before anyone responded to me. Had they been honest with the wait time on the order form, I might not have minded, but this whole process left me feeling ripped off. There is no way I'd return the jacket for another size, it would take a year!

To be fair, some items were nice and the the delivery improved so much compared to when my friend first ordered last year. However, there was an instance where one of my items was missing so i contacted the costumer service and received a response after a week but no refund processed, in short, a waste of time. Another disappointing experience was when i was really looking forward to a dress i ordered and was planning to wear to an important event when suddenly it came looking like plain trash! I was almost about to cry when i threw it aside. Lesson learned but like i said, some items came out nicely.

I ordered from JollyChic over 3 weeks ago and the order has only just arrived today. Out of the 7 items I ordered, I am only wanting to keep one of them but as the items are delivered from China, it will cost more than the actual price of my order to return the unwanted items. When I tried to add my review/comments to each item of my order I receive the 404 error message (which I'm guessing is so that they can't get 'unwanted' bad reviews).
I have been in touch a few times due to the fact my order took so long and have to say that they reply to any queries straight away.

I feel that most of the items I ordered are not true to size and look nothing like the pictures when on unless you're a size 6.

I should not be surprised by the outcome of this experience. This company sells incredibly cheap Asian made garments that come in wildly varying fits and is of poor quality. The worst part about it though is the return policy. You have to return the garments within 7 days and at your own expense. Lets just say shipping to SINGAPORE is not cheap making the items that did not fit unreturnable and the items that did fit suddenly rather pricey.

I ordered 5 items. 2 purses and 3 clothing items. 2 of the 3 items received was worth keeping for the price but not the highest quality (but you get what you pay for). I ordered all of my clothing items in size 6. One fit and was truly a 6, one came as XXL and one came as a L. The two latter were way too big. One of the blouses ordered was not at all as pictured. The pattern of the material was the same but that's about it. One of the purses ordered was ok and one was not The quality of either was not great but I didn't expect too much more than received for the price paid. I'd like to return the shirts that don't fit but since I have to ship it back to China (I didn't realize this until after placing my order since I ordered from the app and obviously didn't do enough research), it will cost me $90 so I guess I'll donate them. I haven't yet attempted to discuss an alternative solution with jolly chic so I won't rule out that they may assist with the return just yet. Either way, for future, I don't trust the product, it's not worth the trouble and would not order from them again.
