I just received the 2 items i ordered from Jollychic. A plastic clothes drawer and shoe rack for sar158. Holy Crap! When i assembled the items both of those, totally trashy! Parts are missing for the both items and I am sharing the photos here for all to see. I will report this trading company to the Ministry of Economics! That is not fair and is never right to sell to customers defective items! That is plain cheating!

I just received the 2 items i ordered from Jollychic. A plastic clothes drawer and shoe rack for sar158. Holy Crap!

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered a shirt and 10 weeks later its had not arrived despite me bring charged for it. Asked them maybe 10 times for my money back and the only thing they seems to know how to say is be patient. Currently starting a legal dispute as they have effectively stolen from me. DON"T ORDER ANYTHING!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product delivered to me. It is completely contrary to what is displayed online. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I would prefer you to refund my money because I cannot even put on the stupid dress you guys sent to me. It is either you provide me with what you display online or you refund my money. I have NEVER been this disappointed in my life with online shopping.

I placed on(12-02-2020) order one lenovo laptop cost price of 1604, but they not delivered(15-02-2020) at the same price. The jollychic staff's are told me if u need give extra 200 riyal(1800 riyal) we will deliver Tomorrow, otherwise we can't deliver your order. I will asking one question why they didn't told me before delivery date, they are what the... Is thinking about costumer. Jollychic very bad experience with you today,. If u advertised one things asking other, it's thinking@ jollychic very alibaba.

To me this site is a big scam. I ordered from Saudi Arabia, and unfortunately, my first (And last) experience is that I've ordered many items, all with a delivery date claimed to be 1 or 2 days at max, and now it's the second week, with everything still being prepared. My kid's birthday has passed without giving him his gift, I ordered stuff for my wife that i wanted to cheer her up with, and still not received, I ordered myself sports equipment, and day after day is passing without being able to do my exercise as I counted on this big fake like of Jolly Chick. Although not mentioned anywhere, the delivery fees of some items showed double price of the items themselves. I didn't revise the total value, as I thought this site uses the normal delivery rates like all other respected sites, just realized the exaggerated amounts of delivery after finalizing the payment transaction.

I tried to reach to customer service, and failed many times to find someone to talk to.

Simply, you can never count on this platform, and I'd advise everyone I know in life not to even try, or they'll just lose money, time & nerves.

NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY FROM THERE.

By far the most horrible company ever. You dont receive any communication. I made an order, and didnt receive any confirmation email or whatsoever. Had to contact their contact center multiple times, to see where my order was. They said everytime they were working on it. After more than a week, I received a simple sms saying that my order is cancelled. No e-mail, no headsup no nothing. And then you have to wait for more than a week to receive your money back in USD.

They are lying to the customers, there was buy one get one free offer on Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S and they only sent me one phone. I applied for return but they refused because they are saying that the offer meant "Buy one phone get one charger free", which is a lie, because I have snapshot with their customer service confirming that this offer means 2 phones for the price of one.

Had order 5 items and been following up for 4 days. I spoke with their team to change my contact details many times and yet they did not inform the courier. I contacted the courier service in Dubai to assist me to update my contact details, been forwarded to their branch in Abu Dhabi and spoke with their supervisor only to find out some miscommunication in their system occurs which lead my orders to be returned in their facility in Dubai. Tried to contact again their agent in jollychic apps thru live chat and they keep hanging me! I called also their facility in Dubai and they said they cannot do anything about it unless I re-order it again and need to pay for the delivery fee once again! Such a terrible experience to think im their regular customer! Jollychic agents are big $#*!s and they don't know how to handle such situation properly! This will definitely my last time to purchase with them and praying to get my refund soon!

Irresponsibility people in qatar. 100 times contacted customer care & main office located in Saudi never considered as a customer. Some items ordered for Eid celebration still waiting for it. Hope will get it on next Year Eid In sha allah!

Quick points:
-> DO NOT buy from this website.
-> If you decide to buy anyways, use Cash On Delivery ONLY and make sure the product is the right one before you pay.
-> Their website looks very polished, but underneath that, this shop, if not a complete scam, is close to one.
-> Don't believe that this company actually cares about customer satisfaction just because you see them respond to negative reviews here. I am fairly sure they do this to draw more people in and waste their money and time.

I ordered an iPad Pro from here because it was more than a 100 USD cheaper than in every other place. But alas, because it was taking days for the company to "prepare" my order, I started questioning it. On the 4th day of them "preparing" my order, I realized that the thing I had ordered had the product I wanted in the title but another, older and cheaper product in the "details" section. I wrote to the chat agents to confirm which product it was, but they were very unhelpful, not answering my question and saying that "the website has a some updates" over and over again. I called them out on it, saying that they were being misleading and lying, and the only response I heard was, "I'm sorry to hear that." Like any sensible person, I decided to cancel my order, with, again, an astonishingly insincere chat agent. Luckily, I had chosen to pay with Cash On Delivery. Otherwise, I do not know what would have happened to my money, judging by the other reviews.

I order some items from jollychic ans in photos looks everything so nice but when i received the parcel OMG tottaly different i got scared i thought i got pranked small sizes all shirts including the shoes and some with stains and not in the original packing!
On top of that i wanted to make regund they said i need to go in dubai in their warehouse (im living in abu dhabi) all on my expenses! Is my mistake? Also the delivery took 2 weeks! Dont waste ur time ordering from jollychic.

I spent more than 100 dollars for my first order and looked forward to receiving them. But it turns out very disappointing. Very terrible quality, cheap material being used in each items. And also, size is not as the description. I wouldnt recommend JollyChic to my friends. Products are not like the pictures, they look not even 1/3 worth of the prices. I will claim to refund but it sucks that i still need to pay for the shipping. I should have read these reviews before i placed an order!

Made my first order ( and it will be the last), wrong delivery items ( items details showing on invoice upon delivery), so I did not accept to receive it, when i get in touch with customer ( chat) the customer agents have only the name of customer nothing else, total careless and unprofessional, first while checking my order, did not provide the correct items details ( order) and when I informed it is not correct ( color, material) and I sent them my order details ( screen shot), they replied with ridicule manner " my dear it is the same items ( means when you order a specific scarf, they will send any scarf, maybe same brand but different color, material?!), anyhow good I did not accept and paid ( as made payment in cash), next day, a lady from customer service called, and what a professionalism! She just said what she wants ( looks has a paper and just read it without interruption and finished the call, I wish I can post that call as it is recorded.
Bad experience and not professional.

Please do not purchase any items from this company, you will be dissapointed. I wish i read reviews before purchasing. I learnt my lesson. The clothing are only suitable for small asains (no disrespect intended). The size is horrendous and the quality is poor. They need to manufacture clothes that compliments those from the western world as well. After all, they are marketing globally.

The quality is the worst I have ever seen and nothing like their pictures online. The pictures of the dresses looked like a good quality and I thought I would take a chance on this company. I had no idea it was shipping from China until after I purchased the items but boy did I learn my lesson. Oh and you can't return it without paying international shipping charges that were almost 2 times what I spent on it not making it worth your time and effort. This company is a joke and a fraud. I am very regretful. Buyer Beware!

They are frauds don't order from them. I bought items and didn't get them till now. They say to you that some problems are going on with the courier company and can't ship parcels. Big liars and very unprofessional. Save your money and don't order from them.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced so far. I placed the order 11 days ago and it should have taken "2-3 days" in preparation before I benefit form the "express delivery". No email seems to go through and the live chat representatives constantly make up stories assuring me on a daily basis that "the order is ready, we will ship it tomorrow at the latest", been hearing this for a week now. I even asked them several times to know what is the procedure to cancel my order and return my money back, as soon as they read it, they suddenly either disappeared from the chat or simply stopped responding you.
Reading all the below reviews, I am almost scared not to receive anything at all or that the items that looked so nice on the website arrive and just be some Chinese junk :(. Extremely deceiving. 1st and last order for me. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

I have tried there site for tracking info both on my phone app as well as on computer and nothing can be found even on my account. Please be very aware of this company and how they handle business

Shocking, 1st you pay for express delivery 3/7 days, 15 days later and still no order, requested £13.50 delivery charge back and got offered $10 off next order, $10 dollars is no where near £13.50 english money! So she gave me a manager email address, so I emailed it, only for it to be a bogus email! 20 days later and STILL no order no answer from email on help button nothing. Is it a real company or do they have just pictures on it make you pay and you get nothing and no money back, I'd say it's looking that way or it's down and out FALSE advertising! STAY CLEAR is my advice
