I was not pleased with my first order from JollyChic. It took 12 days for my order to be shipped when I finally received it, my order was incorrect and the clothing was very low quality. There were no hems sewn on the skirts, the material was very low quality, the yellow on my daughter's Bart t-shirt that she ordered did not match the yellow Bart on her skirt as the website advertised that these two items matched. We received two Bart skirts and the wrong color skirts, when I tried to reach customer service, I received no answer. I am very displeased with this online shopping website!
Based on the address, I thought I was ordering from the UK. It actually came from China. I ordered a coat in an XL per the site advise to order a size larger and it was STILL extremely small. I wear a M to L in U.S. There was no invoice or return instructions in the package or on their website. I had to start a chat. I was informed that for sizing issues, I would have to pay return postage to China! That will probably cost more than the item! I will just donate it. As a result of my review they DID contact me and offer to split the shipping charges even though I clearly did NOT check the size chart. In the end, I decided to cut my losses and donate the coat to charity and they refunded me $10 so at least they did their best to satisfy me.

I should have listened to instinct AND the customer reviews. The items I purchased are nice enough, BUT I have NO IDEA what they use as a size guide; the sleeves wouldn't fit over my arms, even on my skinniest day, and I have very small bones!
I can't even give the blouses to my daughter - they'd never fit her. I won't be able to even give them away; THERE IS NO ONE THEY WOULD FIT!
I won't return them, of course, BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS BASED IN CHINA, NOT THE UK! That's another bit of deceit right there.
I'd wager jollychic.com is making a pretty penny on all the gals willing to take just one chance on their goods, and not being willing to return them! I think I have a credit there that I need to have returned.
This is the first time I've ever rated anyone with one star! If you're US based, don't bother! I'd bet you that the few positive reviews were written by an employee, judging by spelling and grammar...

I have to admit I got completely disappointed by this company. Shipping was ok, giving you refund for an item that was out of stock was a nightmare, quality of clothes was awful. The trouble is, you see a nice picture with a beautiful model but you have no idea how the garment truly is. The sizes are outrageously small. Out of 10 items I have ordered, only one piece was useful. What I am going to do with the rest, if shipping back to China will cost me the same amount as purchase? So, never again.
I was hesitant about jollychic due to the amount of bad reviews and ordered anyway. It took a little time to arrive, aprox. 10,12 days, the box was really small and merchandising was crammed but... other than that, everything was there and i got good response when contacting them about my order. I would say that It felt funny and I am not ordering again. Just because I can get the same merchandising here in the USA with same or better quality, design and prices.
I'm shocked at all the one star reviews. I've had nothing but good luck with this company. I have now ordered from them 7 times and have about 25 pieces of clothing from them.
Make sure you read the size chart for every piece of clothing you are considering, they all vary a bit. I'm an American and usually wear size medium, I usually order large or extra large and have always been happy with the fit. I have only received one item that was a bit to tight for my liking, and one item that was very very cheap in quality. So considering all the great things I have gotten I'm not to bothered by those 2 loses.
Shipping has varied for me. My very first order I think got lost in their system because a week went by and I never received the "your package shipped" email. I live chatted someone and they apologized and over nighted it to me, which made me happy and I was pleased with that service. My other orders had no issues and usually came within 2 weeks which I would expect coming from China. If you order during peak season like Christmas expect it to take a lot longer. I had to wait 20 days for the order I placed on Black Friday. So, yes the shipping can take awhile, so if that kinda thing bugs you don't order from them.
I love this company and will continue to order from there.
If there was no star option i would give it no star, the delivery was extremely poor, took over 3 weeks and this was meant to be a christmas present, it did not arrive on time for christmas and what is worse is that it did not fit, i had ordered large but the size was similar to a medium, the quality of the product was also very poor. Wanted to get a refund but customer service is poor too and it is not fully refunded. This is possible the worst online clothing retail i have seen very unorganised and has misleading informations.

This company products are very different from pictures. Most items are like gabbage.
Average delivery time was a little less than 1 month to my address in America. The size charts are wrong; it said 110cm but actual measurement is less than 100cm, something is less than 90cm. So many items are like that. But they mentioned asian and western are different size. How come asian 110cm become western 95cm? Very funny.
They show very poor customer services manner. Because of above size problem I claimed them I would like to return. The CSD recommended me to give to my friends or relatives as gifts. (very considerate recommendation?^^) They don't want to pay return postage fee even though they caused the problem for return. They asked me to send them evidences their size charts were wrong. They asked me to take photo and send them the exact size. It's not my job. They had to measure their own products. Why they ask customers to measure everytime their size is wrong? When we purchase they take money in a second from our bank or CC account, but when they do the refund it takes 10 business days! After all of these experiences I can say this company is a fraud, with full of liers. I put money, time, energy, disappointment, anger, hatred. We, public consumers have to get together and report to some public authorities and prevent this kind of gabbage like chinese company to cheat our people anymore. Otherwise there should be many victims like me and many others who got mad here.

I have ordered from this site. I was very excited, both service and product quality. I will be definitely a faithful client. I recommend this site from the bottom of my heart.
Contrary to quite a few people here, I had an excellent experience with this shop. I placed an order for a sweater on Dec. 20 and received it today, Dec. 23 2014. 3 day shipping from China to Canada, I'd say that's hard to beat.
As for the sweater itself, the size was perfect, I read the size chart and since it said that items were smaller, I ordered 2 sizes up and the fit is just right.
As for all the people complaining about return policy, size, etc, I'd say read everything about the article you are ordering. On each item page, there is a section for details about the item, delivery and return policy! There is also a size chart for each item and it does say in black in white that items are smaller and selecting larger sizes is recommended. They give you the measurements of the item, so be honest in selecting what will fit you. I have travelled to over 45 countries and it's a known fact that Asian people are much smaller that North Americans and Europeans, so obviously you will be ordering much bigger sizes.
As for quality, people, you get what you pay for! Don't expect silk or cashmere if you are paying rayon and polyester prices.
Anyways, thank Jollychic, I am satisfied with my sweater and will definitely order again.
If I could give it zero stars, I would, although that still would be too high of a rating!

OMG, buyers beware. This company is a lie and is not based in England as it states. They are a China based company and the quality of the items is NOT what they appear to be on the website. Their Customer Service website is not functioning and the telephone number just rings. Shipping is another story... it will cost you as much to ship the item(s) back as it did to purchase them. My next stop is Facebook to file a complaint with them for advertising companies such as this on their website.
