I just got my order, and wow nothing fits... it will cost more to send them back them the items are worth... I will NEVER order from this company again... I should have known something was wrong when i called the 1-800 number and got a lady who could not speak clear English.

I ordered in December and after one month, the products that I ordered still did not arrive.
It took them two weeks to prepare the order.
After that they lied that they shipped it and it is on the way.

The company that they said it shipped with GLS, did not have the tracking number.
After one more week I managed to find on this website with whom they actually sent.

And that tracking number stated another one week delay.
So they lied when they said that it was already shipped.

The products are for three weeks now in transit.
After I called the shipping company in UK they said that this is not express shipping and it will take even more time.

Another lie as they advertised it as express shipping!

I ordered winter coats and most probably they will get in spring because of them.
I just hope that they will fit and be of good quality.

Will come back after I finally will have received them...

While the delivery of my items was efficient the sizing is way off. I will not return the items because of the cost of doing so. Beware... if you are a larger size person ie 14+ these clothes will not fit they are definitely made for small framed people. The size charts they provide on their site do not match the size of the clothes. I ordered a size larger than I should have according to their size charts and it was way to small. I also ordered a poncho. Turns out it was made for someone much shorter and smaller than me I'm 5ft 5in.

I am very disappointed in this online website. I ordered a dress from them and paid extra shipping to have it delivered by a certain time, New Year's Eve. Needless to say the package did not arrive on time but it doesn't matter as the dress is the quality of a Halloween costume. I requested and received return information and when I followed the return instructions, ship by USPS, I was told it would be $115 to return to China. I contacted them and they want pictures, etc. to return. The last correspondence stating that the dress appeared grey and not black. Really! I couldn't find a cheap dress to pretend or switch as this replacement if I tried. I believe it is a scam and that a disclaimer should be written in their return policy to make the customer fully aware of the hoops it must jump through in order to try and return an item. Needless to say the approximately $42 I paid for the dress is not worth the fight of the 'sample' item they sent. They win and have my $42, however I will not nor recommend anyone to purchase from them. Fortunately I was able to find a well constructed, quality dress for the New Years event I was attending. I will be wearing the gown for Halloween as my Bridezilla costume! Only rating as 1 star because there are no - 1 stars to choose.

This website is no good

This website is no good. The sizing is way off. I am Asian & small but Large would not even fit. The worst of all is you can forget about returning the items. Once sold, that's it. Websites like this based in China should altogether be avoided. Be warned!

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE! I found an adorable coat from this company online and my husband purchased it for me for Christmas. The description warned that the coat ran small and to order a size up. He did so, but when I tried it on, the coat was still extremely small. I would need at least another size up, but when I attempted to contact Jolly Chic to exchange the item, they proved absolutely impossible to contact. I sent them an email through their website; at least a week has passed and no response. I tried using their "24/7" online chat with customer support; it doesn't work. I called their toll-free number several times; a mumbled voice seemed to say hello, but I believe it is just a recording and you can not get a live person nor leave a message. I was hoping to exchange my coat for a larger size, but it looks like I will be stuck. JOLLY CHIC IS THE WORST! Don't be tempted by their low prices, they are horrible. P.s. After trying the coat on once, my finger went through the inside pocket liner, so the quality is bad too.

I just moved up north after living in the south all my life. I didn't own a sweater or a coat. Obviously I needed all new winter clothes. I found this site and LOVE it! I've placed 12 orders with them and have been very happy with everything I've bought... especially for the price.! They tell you that the clothes run small so I ordered one size up. Yes, it takes a while to get the items, but it's worth the wait. My entire closet is now filled with clothes from Jolly Chic. I'm glad I didn't read all the negative reviews before I started buying from them.

Size Size Size. Their listed American sizes are a lot smaller than true American sizes. My daughter usually wears a size Medium. I ended up ordering two of the same coat first time in a Large. Too small. Next in a XXL and still not big enough to layer under. Shipping was fine. Quality was fine. Price was good. But Size. Size Size Size. Becareful. To return you must pay shipping. I didn't return so don't know how many hoops I would have had to jump through.

I Was hesitate to order in jolly chic, for the Bad resides I saw, but then Was a sale and i saw two tops very cute, so I decide order, the shipping Was fast I paíd in Jan 4th, Jan 5th they shipping my ítems and today 9 I recived, only 5 days. The quality is very good, the only mistake i do, again i saw the resides and many said the clothes are small, so I order a XL, and is so big for me, i cant blame the site, Was my mistake, I am very happy with the site and i will buy again

Stay away. Poor quality. Weird sizing. And when you want to return items, you have to pay postage to CHINA! I had to pay $40 to return 2 items costing $110.

I believe this site is a scam. I was charged twice for the same order. First time when I ordered and again 3 days later. I tried to talk to customer service, but no one ever answered the phone... Extremely frustrating...:(
It didn't take many days for me to get the items I ordered. I ordered 3 coats and 1 swimsuit. - 2 coats were OK. 1 coat looked extremely cheap and with a horrible quality. And the swimsuit is just terrible. Impossible to wear in public, it is possible to see through the fabric... terrible! I cannot even imagine how it would look like when it is wet.
VERY IMPORTANT TO SAY - SIZE IS VERY VERY VERY SMALL. In America I wear size 2/ X-small/ small - Reading some reviews I decided to order M size coats. It is tiny! M might stand for MINI-MINI-EXTRA-SMALL. For real. Don't buy from this site - not worth it at all.

Sure, this company is great... IF you receive the item and it fits correctly. My wife wears a size SMALL normally, and it being noted that the sizes are smaller than normal, we chose the MEDIUM. Well, surprise surprise, the item we received was still too small. I read the return policy, and it states that the customer must pay for the shipping for returns. Why? Because China can export to the USA for MUCH. And i mean MUCH cheaper than we can ship to China. They know this, so they make their customers pay for it. Don't buy from this company unless you want to risk the chance that your clothing may not fit. I paid almost $100 for my items, and will need to spend just about as much to send it back to China. Good luck, this company sucks.

I live in the UK and ordered a coat from here, size wise its fine, looks quite nice but the material is a lot thinner than I would have expected so its not particularly warm. There appeared to be lots of nice looking reasonable priced coats on the site however, when looking closely at some of the pictures I could see that the buttons appeared to be a really REALLY cheap looking silver colour-aluminium foil style. Having noticed this I decided to go for one that I could see from the pictures did not have these buttons. It arrived on time (took about a week) and when opening the package all I could see where these bright cheap silvery buttons starting up at me! Knowing I probably couldn't return the coat I stained the buttons with black nail varnish and they look okay now, however, they have been sown own VERY loosely- they were dangling off when the coat arrived and after sitting on the coat one of them has broken in half which I normally would not expect! I'm guessing I'll now have to take all the remaining buttons off and re-stitch them in new positions myself-oh joy! I didn't order the coat myself, my mother did as a gift- the coat should have cost around 25 pounds but my mother said that a 50 pound payment was showing up on her bank statement so keep an eye out folks!

In summary:
-item arrived on time (took around 8 days)
- size is fine
- picture on site was slightly misleading/unclear
- buttons were cheap looking and have broken
- im pretty sure they've over charged me

Advice: really look at the pictures if your going to order anything, items are clearly made on the cheap-hence the prices!

Would I order from them again? After reading the reviews and my experience probably not, on the whole unless its the item of your dreams that you can't possibly buy anywhere else I wouldn't order from here.

Please, please, please DO NOT order from this site! I have talked to someone on online chat and e-mailed about 10 times with no success. My husband ordered a coat for me for Christmas. He didn't realize he was ordering from China, so it did not arrive until after Christmas. When opening the package 2 buttons were missing and the coat is super small! I normally wear a medium, but do to their size chart told him to order a large. The sleeve length and shoulder measurements are 3-3.5 inches shorter than the size chart. I have sent pictures and then they told me I wasn't measuring correctly! Mona from jollychic even sent 3 pictures where she measured the exact coat, 2 of which were measured with a Chinese measurement, but the 3rd was the shoulder measurement in inches. It measured 12.5 inches and the website states 16! However, I have yet to get them to agree to a refund. I was going to send coat back and they told me to send it by post office which would be cheaper. It was going to cost $31.55 to ship back and we only paid $38.99 for the coat! If I don't get a refund I plan on filing a dispute with my credit card company because I do have the picture they sent me showing the shoulder 12.5 and I have the web site size guide which shows it should be 16. I hope this review will save someone else from ordering from this company. Very poor customer service! I have wasted way too much time e-mailing back and forth with no results. I have attached 3 pictures. The first shows the picture jollychic sent me measuring 12.5 inches, the 2nd shows my measurement showing almost the exact same(website states 16 inches) and the third shows how short the sleeve length is and the missing buttons.

I was very disappointed in the dress I ordered, as I had not used the site before I ordered the biggest size available, as I am a larger lady, with the intent to send it back if it was too big. The exact opposite was the case, I ordered XXXL and the garment that arrived would maybe fit a size 8! So if you are on the larger side then use your money elsewhere as this site is not for you.

I was so excited to find this sight and was ready to make multiple, extensive purchases. Luckily, I read the reviews and decided to just have a test run and order one item. THIS PLACE SUCKS... If I could give a rating of no stars I would. First, they update the website saying the package had sent and that it would be delievered a few days later, that I would be able to track it. I was not able o track it because it was not actually sent until a week after the website said it was. Then when they do send it... guess where it goes... to the wrong address. Not just down the street, Im talking different city AND state, wrong side of the united states. And this is after I have already contacted them 3 times (w/ one response) about the package. And now its lost and they are not answering the phone, sometimy on emails. THIS IS HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, ITS A SCAM.

As an update. When I finally did receive the "dress," if that is what I could call this mess... it was not to the measurements provided on the site (not even close!)- and therefore was ridiculously too small. The fabric was not what was shown on the picture AT ALL, it was the cheapest thinnest polyester blend known to mankind. It was made not proportionate to the picture presented, and when I got it on (keep in mind that I am a regular sized girl - size 8 in U.S. standards) the bust line went across my cleavage, instead of below and the waist line was too low. It appeared like I was too tall and too short all at the same time.

I was hesitant to order from jollychic because of the amount of bad reviews i saw everywhere but i received my order today and LOVED IT, you just have to order one or two sizes up if you have a bigger built and you're set, the materials and colors were really good and i got everything i ordered, i was so worried but i really shouldn't have been
