Anyhow -I ordered 13 items and the amount was immediately deducted from my account. After 1 week I tried to contact them to check about the status of the order because it's already late and then just the live chat worked with me. Miya the girl I was talking too was too busy of course and it took her 15 mins for every sentence. I had to cancel my order because they can't assure me that I will receive my order before Christmas. I canceled because I was the country(UAE) to spend Christmas with my family. The funny thing is that I had the feeling that she wanted to cancel my order. As if I was doing her a big favor for canceling the order. It's wierd! I believe it's because I took this 30% off for purchasing the first order. That's why the delays and the ignoring... please be careful while dealing with this company. They don't care about their cu somers or their reviews. Let's see if I get a refund.
Note: I should have guessed it was a scam because it says it's cash on delivery for UAE but then later it said it won't proceed my 30% discount if I don't pay with my card. They are not transparent and even u won't find anywhere in the website where you can track your order... it's not a real business. Is just a big mess! Don't deal with them.

I have been told that the package was delivered, which it was not. Then, that it would be shipped in five day, which it has not. Then, tonight I was told I would receive it in five days... we shall see! Awful experience! Avoid this site like the plague!

Sent message right after I placed order to stop order. They received email but never stopped order when I tried to get them to send an RA they said I would be responsible for shipping cost. Shipping cost to China is over $200.00 dollars. Do not order from this company they have more bad reviews than good there is a reason for that!

I placed an order two weeks ago and never got a confirmation that it had been processed, only that it had been placed. None of the links in the email worked. No where on the site can you find a phone number. The only thing that worked was live chat. I asked for an update on my order five days ago, they said it was still being processed. They would not address the fact that none of the links to my order work. They said it would be expedited and I'd get an e-mail soon. I didn't so contacted them again tonight. They have been too busy to process my order. I asked for a full refund. They said okay and sent me an e-mail saying it was my fault for not providing shipping information that that they would send a credit to my jollychic account. None of the links in this email worked either. They had my shipping information that was a lie. I told Wendy, that was not acceptable that she would need to credit my bank account and send an email saying truthfully that it was their fault for not processing my order. She kept saying don't worry you will get your money in eight to ten days. I asked to speak to her manager, she said I could not the manager was in a meeting. I said get your manager out of the meeting. Finally I got a Kenzie who agreed to send me an email saying they had cancelled my order do to slow processing and would credit my account, though being in China are saying it could take 15 days! We will see. Just avoid the head ache and order from companies you know and trust here in the US!
Update: I did finally get my refund this past week, then the very next day I received an e-mail saying that they were sorry that they were still processing my order and would ship as soon as possible. Seriously?! They are clueless.

IMPRESSED! The high waist lined leggings are top quality for an amazing price. I was concerned about ordering from a new site until I received my delivery. It came very quick was wrapped nicely. The clothes are beautiful. JollyChic has a customer for life. The also are very good about talking on messenger with questions.
My first deal was great, good products fast delivery within only 2 weeks.and i write very good comment about the site before.
IN the site they said the delivery take only (5-7) days, but form 4 December i made 3 orders form the site, but i did not get any one until today. No replay on the emails. The chat system same answer will send it soon.
Absolutely awful experience! The items were nothing like the picture, sizes weren't as per guide and the quality of the items was worse than poor! I chatted to online agents about 4 times but nothing was ever sorted and despite writing to them on the address according to the website I received no reply at all. I was "permitted" to return apparently but the cost to post to China makes it completely unworthwhile. My advice to anyone would be to steer clear, sorry:-(

I made a large order to benefit express delivery and to perform it I had to send countless emails when I got terrible service wrong answers Chat and Email. It took almost a week before sending the order.
When I got the order, I discovered that all the clothes sizes were huge and not close to what I ordered.
Also ordered a necklace and it came broken.
Just the thought of correspondence with them again on returning the products tiring me.
Not recommended to order in general, it is better to pay more and receive good service and good quality products and your correct size!

Worst company experience I've ever had ordering something online. Its been 15 plus days now and no item. When I insisted in getting my money back or refund for the shipping cost they charged me since they didn't get it to me in a timely matter i get a "please just wait". The live chat agents are liars told me my item is at my local post office when the tracking site hasn't been updated from days now. AVOID THIS SITE NOT WORTH THE WAIT

My order just arrived. The size are totally different than what they posted on size chart. I talk to customer service, they asked me email prove to them. I did it and never got email reply. Instead, they told me sent back to China and reorder. They did nothing to fix their mistake. My friend's order never arrive after two months later. They don't even let me rate one star on their website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.Do not waste your money on this Chinese foolish website.
