I ordered 5 items from this site. Not only was it almost a MONTH before I received them (after paying extra for quicker shipping), but there was literally something wrong with EVERY item I purchased!
One sweater that was supposed to be an open front was completely sewn shut with threads hanging out everywhere
One zipper front jacket had the zipper literally 3 inches from being in the center
One item was an extra small when I ordered an extra larger.
And the worst one- a sweater was supposed to have a tie at the back of the neck made of satin. The material ended up being an ugly felt, and one side was longer than the other. They literally took an extra freyed scrap piece and STAPLED it to elongate the tie!
I was so shocked. Never again will I order from this company and I suggest no one else does either. Totally unprofessional and unethical.
They owe me money for things that were sent back weeks ago. Sizes are all wrong and after sales service appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Further to my previous review, I am still trying to get a refund for the incorrect bedding sent. The goods are not of good quality and jollychic want me to return the goods to China at my expense. They say they will reimburse me for the postage as it was their order. I am very reluctant to spend more money sending goods all the way to China with a promise of a refund. They will not entertain a collection service for these goods.

Within 20 days of placing order I didn't receive my parcel.
I asked my money back and they refunded it though it is not deposited in my account yet. Hope it will be soon.
I cancelled my two orders due to late service. But again I placed two more orders. I love their products mainly the bags. They are really very good in quality. I'm very happy with those. One of my two orders almost two weeks completing but till the date status is preparing. They should improve their service. I'm sure Jollychic will get more orders and customers once they improve their service.

I ordered three items from Jollychic to get free shipping. After more than a month and little correspondence from them, I received only two items. The items are the poorest quality products I've ever seen. Cheap material, poor workmanship - nothing like what they show in the pictures. The sizes for both items are completely wrong. The items are so awful that I can't even give them to charity. Straight to the bin. I have literally lost over $100 on this order. These guys are stealing from people and they keep doing it because no one can / will shut them down. All five star (positive) reviews shown anywhere here and on their website are from employees and are not authentic. Buyer beware!

I've order two jumpers and a coat and it was worth 40 something pounds. The clothes were terrible quality as well as the sizing. And, when I wanted to refund the postage back was £20, I looked into it and it's a process and it's pointless. I didn't even bother. This literally was the worse online shopping I've ever done, it put me off that I don't even want to order online anymore! Do yourselves a favourite and don't shop on there, it will save you money.
