I order from jolychic many times, the qualiy is good according to the price, it delivered to me in 2 weeks with aramex "I'm in Saudi Arabia " I love the customers service, they are so cooperative.
I bought 2 hoodie jackets from them last October in 2015 ( Order ID B**************). They sent me 1 wrong color jacket, and 1 color jacket with broken zip. They asked me to send them back on my expense although it is 100% their fault. Quality of 2 jackets were appalling which can't get worse. After lengthy exchange of emails, they refunded me a tiny fraction of amount but I can't wear them as these two jackets are total rubbish made with cheap materials and fluff all over. Photos of the jackets were absolutely deceiving.

Placed an order on Dec 3rd well in time for xmas, As 7.00 shipping was 5-15 days, I tried contacting them after 20 days as my status in my account said "undistributed", email several times as the live chat never worked for me, nor did anybody ever answer the phone. Thoroughly disappointed and aggravated as my order never got processed till I sent emails and finally contacted them after midnight. Because of this lack of processing my order they gave me a 10.00 bonus, that meant nothing because it was removed from my account within days. I still haven't received my order, but my order finally went to shipping status, however when I click on tracking, there are no logistics on my item. Really upset with this company. Would not recommend, unless you feel like chasing your merchandise around.

They took my money, $1100+ worth of shopping and then never sent my items.
I have messaging them via their livechat everyday and everyday they tell me they're very busy, TOO busy in fact to deal with my order. One customer service individual actaully said "I can not predict a date now" when asked when I would get my order!

Ordered on Dec 1,2015. Was assured items would arrive before Christmas. Fed Ex received pkg. On Dec. 19. We received pkg. On 12/28... 3 days too late for Christmas. THIS IS A GOOD SITE FOR FAMILIES. We gather our orders to get free shipping. I think they must COLLECT the items. It took about 2 weeks to get our order together than when it was shipped it was really fast. We saw it moving by the tracking number. It took about a week. They also warned us that it was busy because of Christmas holidays.

The discount CANNOT BE used on sale items. Our sole purpose was to look for those sale items. The quality of the items is fine, middle way, affordable for people. Be careful about sizes. Use the SIZECHART ( DO NOT JUST PICK YOUR USUSAL SIZE... the sizechart is better to go by. Remember this is online shopping, You cant be 100 percent sure of it as you would see it by your own eyes. You have to give a little, get a little in return. Some times its better than you thought sometimes less. But truthfully I was impressed. Especially after those terrible reviews.
By the time you get the order it will be a different season and you wont be able to wear it. They also do not answer you about your order and give you the runaround about where it is, why it's taking so long and when it's being shipped, with ridiculous answers such as: "we are sorry for delay it will ship ASAP, we think you will get it next week". I don't understand how this place thinks it will stay in business like this. No one will put up with this more than once. I say do not support this - whatever it is. If I could give it NO stars I would.

The whole idea from online shopping is saving money which we pay for brand names, when I first delt with Jollychic it was a disaster for me, the package took long time to reach, and the products were not all up to my expectation, however, I liked one of the jackets I bought, and I wanted to get another one with different color, and as many of us do, to avoid the shipping fees I ordered more items to get free delivery, I'm in Bahrain, and it took less than 3weeks to reach which is fine for me, the most important thing is that the sizes and the look are as per described, and the price was way better than buying from malls here.

I made two orders on jolly chic on the 17th of Dec. They both indicated that I would get my order by the 24th. As of the 24th my orders had not even shipped. When I got on a live chat to ask why they put me on hold for 30 minutes, then told me my order was ready and would ship within 48 hours. That's 2 more days people. The service is non existent and jollychic does not deserve to stay in business. Do everybody a favor and don't give them yours so they will cease to be.

I ordered a couple of Christmas presents on the 30th November. Checking my order online my goods were dispatched on 17th December. Now my status says delivered, but where because I don't have anything. The customer service number doesn't ring so now I've sent 3 emails to complaints customer service and jolly info but still no response. Too late to buy anything now. Very upset and disappointed. I ordered some goods a month ago via express mail (5-7 days). My order is still marked as unshipped, and some of the clothes I ordered are already out of stock. Worst company I've every dealt with. I placed an order on Dec. 6th for some Christmas gifts and received "EXPRESS 6-9 DAY SHIPPING TO USA ONLY". I checked their website to make sure it would be delivered from USA and it said it would be shipped from CA. So I placed the order and after 9 business days with without a shipping update I emailed asking was there a problem and of course they are in China and do not understand anything you ask and never answer your question. After several days of communication they were able to tell me I would not receive the order by Christmas. I asked if it would make it by Jan. Since her birthday was then and again they said no. I canceled order and luckily they did refund my money. So I told my wife about the experience and she said she had ordered from them before and it took almost 2 months to receive order and the material she received was junk and nothing like the pictures on website.

The clothes look great and the prices are seductive but I cannot stress enough how much this website should be avoided.
I have waited four weeks for my items to be delivered and no sight of them so far.
Their customer service is very weak, I have a whole page of "I'm sorry" from the online team but no actual action to rectify.
I am not sure that these items will actually arrive and do not trust that if they don't I will receive any refund or positive action from Jolly Chic.
