The dress we received was not even close to the one pictured online. It was a horribly made knockoff. Cheap materials, terrible sewing, uneven hems and seams, cheap breast pads unevenly sewn in different directions, threads hanging off. The list goes on and on. Dress arrives from Singapore, balled up in a plastic bag, inside a plastic pouch. They will not refund your money. We learned a $178 dollar lesson and had to buy another dress. It was a complete joke.

Just like everyone else total scam clearly made in China where it came from. I ordered a dress material should have been jersey material and it came in velvet. Looks like an ice skating outfit complete costume like tacky plastic "rhinestones" they are giving me the runaround because they don't wNt to help. Starts off the sAme with everyone we are sorry to hear this send us photos then they make you believe your stupid for your complaints. Did not receive dress on time after expedite

Don't use at all. It ruined my prom my dress didn't arrive on time and they make it extremely difficult to get a refund. So basically I wasted $200. Worst dress site ever.

We sent measurements and when the dress came it wasnt even close to fitting correctly. The quality of the lace was garbage, sequins were falling off, the bra cups were cheap, and the stitching was bad. Even though the dress was poor quality and wasnt made in the sizes we gave them they won't take it back. Don't waste your money. We paid $125 + for a dress that came waded up in a bag and isnt even worth having altered.

My dress came out defective and this was supposed to be for my wedding. The breast cups were two different shapes and one came out higher than the other. SO WEIRD! The seams didn't go straight down but horribly crooked. Clearly an indication that they don't know what they are doing when they are making their dresses and will send it to you in any way, shape or form. When I complained, they told me to take it to my local seamstress to fix their mistakes! I already paid $200 for a DEFECTIVE dress! BE WARNED AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a custom made dress and when I got it the top of it was "dented" in the bust area. I took it 2 tailors to try and get it fixed and they could not. I contacted JollyBelle and explained situation with pictures and they said nothing wrong with dress and they would give me 5% refund. That was such an insult. Poor quality and poor service.

We ordered a homecoming dress and supplied my daughter's measurements. The dress came and the torso was too long causing a huge gap at the neck line. We tried to have it altered-- too much beading. I took pictures as required for a return and was told "we will not return in this case." Poor, poor

Just like the other reviews. Wish it were possible to give less than one star. Dress did not fit, asked to submit pictures. Then asked to submit measurements. Then was told to fix locally. Then completely ignored. Who does that? Wish we would have read these reviews first. Absolutely terrible customer service. Buyer beware is so true! If this helps at least one other person it's worth it. This company should be out of business.

After multiple attempts at returning a dress that was sent to me that was ordered in Hunter Green, but arrived in a horrible shade of celery/aqua/booger color, I found this company to be entirely unethical and unwilling to honor their guarantee regarding customer satisfaction. I would suggest that anyone that is at all anticipating the ability to return an unsatisfactory item - for any reason to BEWARE. They are HORRIBLE.

I recently placed an order on Jollybelle and was very nervous about what I would receive based on the horrible reviews this company has. The dress was delivered a few days ago and it's beautiful! Looks exactly like the pictures, very well made product and the delivery was very quick. I would definitely recommend Jollybelle and encourage you not to be scared away by the bad reviews.

Horrible service took a week for my order to go through! Ordered a burgundy dress and they sent a red dress stating that chiffon burgundy is red! I just wanted them to acknowledge the mistake and send the correct color dress but only being able to communicate by email is so frusturating. My daughter is devastated and now I have to look for another dress. I ordered this dress a month ago and now we have to last minute shop when yhe nearest store is 2 hours away. This service is horrible and I can almost bet they wont refund my money!

We just got our 2nd dress from JollyBelle and it is PERFECT! We ordered/received her homecoming dress this past fall and it was AWESOME! We ordered my daughters prom dress from JollyBelle on January 28 and received it February 21... which in my opinion is pretty fast for a custom made dress. We did custom sizing and it fits perfect... the color (Black, I know black is black), the material and all the beading are top quality! We have had two very good experiences with JollyBelle and we will order from them again!

I sm so upset because i ordered a dress size 4 it was terrible! The neck lacked several inches from being able to latch in the back, it was so tight everytime she walks it gets shorter and shorter. The sleeves have a sheer piece that is so wrinkled it looks horrible! They suggested i pay a tailor to fix it so now we have no money and a dress she can't wear. They don't care I will never do this again! Jolly Belle stinks!

The dress I got sent was nothing like the dress shown in the photo. Since the dress only had 5 star reviews I'm sure the company has been making fake reviews. The dress looked terrible, had loose strings and uneven hemlines. The dress had stains front to back, yet they claim we cannot return it because that isn't proof of damage.

I order 2 dresses for a weeding and i got the wrong color i try to exchange for the right color i couldn't they refuse they said it was my fault that i agree to the color i order hunter green got a lime green nothing close to what i need it they say to just keep it no contact number just email so please don't order from them total scam i lost over 300 dollars and got no help from them i wish we could do something about it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They would not respond to us about our pending order. First they said our credit card was not charged but then realized it was and said it was their mistake. After reading the negative reviews, we decided to cancel the order because we are concerned that the dress will not be here in time or may not fit for our daughter's prom. Then, when we asked for a credit on the credit card they disappeared from the live chat and would not respond to us.

Also JollyProm.com. Sent us the wrong dress, totally the wrong colour and design. When I raised the issue with them via email they responded inappropriately by arguing that I had ordered wrong. Disgraceful customer services!

After searching in vain for a particular dress for my daughter all over the internet and emailing countless dress shops, I found it on JollyBelle. I was very wary of the fact that this was a company out of Asia... and reluctantly decided to give it a try as the prices for a custom made-to-size dress were so reasonable.

We found that the dress arrived in 3 1/2 weeks instead of the 4-5 weeks quoted when ordering. Communication about the order was excellent... from the email acknowledgment immediately after ordering... to the tracking # once shipped.

What a wonderful surprise to open the package to find excellent quality fabrics and sewing. The custom measurements we provided were nearly spot on. I did need to take my daughter and the dress to a seamstress for a small alteration in the top but it was not a big deal. I ended up being completely tickled to have spent a fraction of the price from previous purchases for other dances( Sherri Hill dresses etc) I was just looking up JollyBelle again to look with my daughter for other dresses and stumbled upon this site and the poor reviews. I wanted to add our experience for a little balance.

I am so dissatisfied with this place it is not really it takes your money and no dress. If you still chose to order from this company after being warned then it's your fault you lose your money. Can get any one to call you or email you back.

We ordered a dress for my daughter's senior prom and paid expedited shipping. The dress was suppose to arrive 3 days before the prom. Dress never showed up at all. Had to shop last minute to find a dress the day of prom. Now they won't refund our money so now we are taking legal action. STAY AWAY! Not worth it!

This company is a SCAM... I will do all I can do to get you off the USA website, I am out $168 and your clothes are trash and not one could wear the dress we ordered. The neck would not even fit a child and looks nothing like the pic on the website. I took pictures too and emailed them and they said they would review and get back... now I have to go out and buy another dress. DO NOT ORDER FOR THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE IN SINGAPORE... DOES THAT TELL YOU ANYTHING?

I ordered a burgundy dress it came as red. I sent picture to them and they said " oh well, looks to us, sorry" Horrible. What type of company won't reimburse a dress for wrong color also if you dont' like it once your daughter put it on. Horrible, terrible.
