Don't buy from this site! Fake phone number and email address. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with this company. I am praying that this is not a scam site or I have lost money that I couldn't afford to lose.
BUYER BEWARE! If i could leave 0 stars thats what this company diserves. I made a purchase of product from Jokenu on 10/4/21. A few weeks later I tried calling to find out the phone does not work and tried emailing and emails do not go thru because no email account exists.

Do not buy from this website. Order a product and was sent an email with a receipt saying I paid with PayPal, which I didn't. Wanted me to to click on to activate my PayPal account which I thought was strange, since I already have a PayPal account. Tried to call... phone not in service. Emailed... No response. Went to my bank and had the payment reversed. SCAM!

The website doesn't need any stars but it would not let me take out the 1 star. I placed an order for a Roku using a Visa. They charged my Visa through paypal and I don't even have a Paypal account. I contacted Paypal and they said they have no record of any transactions. Now I am out $29.98 and no Roku. Stay away from JoKenu.com. Ruey
