I'm new about a month with DeleteMe and so far I am pleased. They give me emails of status updates. I love their idea in that we are paying them to delete us as to protect our privacy that which is what the Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Protection Division allows us, our privacy to protect us. We know if DeleteMe continues doing a great job saying what they are doing, they are going to be superstars. Because they protect families from stalkers so we are so grateful to you DeleteMe! Please keep up the great work.

When I found this website, I felt so good knowing my personal information would be erased. Well, googling my name 2 months later made me realize nothing at all was removed! They remove your name from some of the unknown, random websites, but not off of the actual site and search engines people actually use to google your info. My age, address, name of my business, email address, phone number, kids' names, and pictures. It was a false sense of peace of mind because my boyfriend's ex-wife who "internet stalks" me has been able to call my cell, send me regular mail, email me and drive by my house. It's a horrible feeling she knows my kid's names because of what's on the internet. Delete Me didn't do anything.
Although I am getting more spam than ever, I signed up for DeleteMe recently and continue to use it

I purchased the 1 year subscription because your advertisement says that you will delete my name, previous names and AKA's from data brokers. Spokeo is the main one I'm concerned with. My current name and AKA's still remain on Spokeo. Spokeo removes Data instantly. If this isn't what you will do, please refund my money.
What I hoped for. I needed somebody on the case constantly. I was falling behind on deleting references to me. Outnumbered! Not any more. Thanks!

I'm not seeing any changes on return from my $100 investment on this account. I still daily receive spam phone calls at 8-10am that wake me up sometimes and hang up when I talk to them. Scams, frauds and crooks are still not even at bay. I hear from delete me on this my second month and all I see are it saying my information has been sent for removal from 48 companies that I have never heard from. I'm going to contact the better business bureau and the theee large credit companies

When it comes to removing personal information from people search and data broker sites we are best-in-class. Unfortunately, we cannot delete data from telemarketers.

This business is full of excuses as to why they can't get things done, if you get an answer from them at all. It's easier and less frustrating and free just to fill out opt out forms. Total waste of money.
I receive my updates and my information is really being removed from websites upon checking. Am pleased so far with outcome

After months of this subscription, you can still find my address, phone, all my relatives, and links to my socials just by googling my name. Totally useless. But you get these nifty reports that are like "good news! We've scrubbed you from some site no one has ever used or heard of!"
Seriously, it's useless. Don't waste your money.
First, let me say that you're not alone in your frustration. People are finding their info spread across the internet more and more these days, which is why they're turning to services like ours to help them remove it. However, we try to be very clear up front that our service focuses on data brokers and people search sites and is not a 1-stop-solution to all online privacy issues. For example on our "how we work" page we provide a specific list of sites we remove from. We are constantly working to add more, but it's not easy -- many of these sites are malicious in intent -- they change their policies frequently and do every thing they can to avoid removals.
We see ourselves as an essential part of any privacy solution -- we handle the biggest data brokers and work to keep your information from reappearing as it almost always does unless the source information is found and removed. And we pride ourselves on being a privacy "partner" with our customers, to help them through the removals of sites, whether we support them or not.
We tried to contact you on 1/9/2023 to gain a bit more insight into your complaint, unfortunately we have received no response as of this time.
