I wrote to customer service because I was having an issue with Radaris that I could not resolve on my own. I received an initial reply from Dave, and the issue was a little more complex than we originally thought. So it took multiple emails back and forth before between us before it could be resolved. Dave was always extremely responsive, courteous, helpful, polite and professional. He's also very patient as well :)! In the end, Dave was able to get the issue resolved with Radaris in a timely manner. Outstanding service, very pleased here! Thank you so much once again!

It was a constant concern and threat and now we can sleep at night knowing those days are over, thanks to you. We do everything to keep our names off of the internet, no social networking whatsoever, but still personal information kept popping up. Thank You Guys from the bottoms of our hearts!

Who knew that joining Delete Me would provide exactly what I was looking for! Worth every penny! I had a specific purpose for the service, but it delivered more than I expected in every good way. The customer service individuals are amazing... and they are real humans!

Most of my listings were removed within a month or so, and when I left a message about the remaining ones, a friendly representative called me back the next day. She told me how to create custom requests (Log in, click Account, then click the Custom Requests tab). While I am still waiting for those to be completed, I am impressed by DeleteMe's responsiveness. No monthly payment plan, only one time payment that is too expensive for many peope. Until they introduce monthly subscription (not 1 year contract), I won't ever use this service. Stop your greed for money.

I wanted to get my public information off of people searches. I found Deleteme.com and was skeptical but only found them to be extremely personal, helpful, resourceful, efficient and successful. I recommend this company deleteme.com.
It does not happen overnight but I got some of my information off of the Internet within days and some companies take longer than others but they were helpful in posting links for me and also forwarding links to other companies.

I don't have social media accounts or any kind of online presence, so I was incredibly shocked and saddened to see so much personal information online, including every address I've ever had in my entire life (even PO Boxes and my childhood home), salary information, and all past phone numbers (not my current one thankfully). So far we've been with delete me for over two years and some misinformation and just plain too much information was cleared out to the point that when my husband discovered his adopted biological roots and went to meet a couple biological family members, they told us they were nervous about him because they couldn't find anything on him. It gave him a chance to show them whom he is without any outside untruths or misdirected information. Besides it's creepy how much you can find on a person with a simple search so the relief of that information being extremely limited allows you to live your life story as it should be without any outside unwanted eyes watching. Very important work delete me foes very well.

Yes, it's a subscription service and you'll need to pay an annual fee, but think about it… nefarious people exist and new data broker companies pop up all the time so you'll need constant monitoring. And the time it takes to reach out to these data brokers to get then to take off your info is worth paying DeleteMe for. Google yourself and come back.
