In order to rate your service the customer needs to know exactly what you did to deserve the rating. All you say is that you found 34 cases where delete requests were made. Quite difficult to give an awesome rating for that.
I don't like web sited that "demand" a certain amount of letters to be ablle to provide feedback!
Not sure what this is doing for me after the initial scanning. It shows X number of websites using my private information, addresses a few of them. The report I received wasn't correct -- an entry they said was deleted was not, they apologized and said they had overlooked it when I brought it to their attention. Not sure this shouldn't be more of a 29.99 type service, because I don't really see what is ongoing that requires a year of service. My second month report was basically just a very brief summary that looks like a reiteration of the initial report. They show they have contacted a number of websites to request removal, but they were supposed to have done that last month, so I'm unclear about what they achieved this month. They reported maybe a half dozen on the initial report who have actually claimed to have removed information, the vast majority was supposed to be contacted with requests but don't respond promptly. The bad news is that your information will still show in the Google result, long after these websites claim to have removed you. Is it worth the price -- that's my question -- because your information will still appear in the Google search summary. And will it be worth continuing after the first year subscription expires -- I need to see more ongoing efforts to be able to justify continuing the service. Of course, I'm opening myself up to yet another source (sitejabber) that will try to sell my private information, by answering the DeleteMe email request to review them.
This was fast and very complete. I was amazed at how fast it worked. I contacted for help i couple of times because I didn't understand a few things and they were prompt replying. Well worth the fee.
I wanted to get my public information off of people searches. I found Deleteme.com and was skeptical but only found them to be extremely personal, helpful, resourceful, efficient and successful. I recommend this company deleteme.com.
It does not happen overnight but I got some of my information off of the Internet within days and some companies take longer than others but they were helpful in posting links for me and also forwarding links to other companies.
I recommend them and my special thanks to Andrea
This is a stupid $#*! service if your not going to constantly update me on what's being deleted or not. I shouldn't have to wait for MONTHS when your telling me that these places have different time lines. I should be updated for every update or every site you have removed my information from. Not wait months to get a report that should be constantly updating me.
It is good to have some of my privacy back. My families personal addresses are even gone. If you value your privacy I do recommend the investment.
Working in the public sector, my personal information is something that can be tough to protect. DeleteMe has helped me regain an amount of privacy that I never thought I'd get back. Thank you, Team DeleteMe!
I've had a great experience with DeleteMe. I am so thankful they've taken the time to delete all my data off of websites. It's strange how you can find your previous addresses and info on the most random sites I've never even been a part of.
Good service so far, i have no complaints yet, but it will take weeks to know
Before taking my privacy seriously, I was the top result on every search engine. I have a very unique name and despite deleting all social media's and constantly scrubbing, I felt like I was fighting a losing battle trying to manage and opt out of these data scraping websites on my own. Every time I got rid of one, another would pop up. I didn't even think it would be possible to get my info removed.
It's been maybe a month and almost all of my information is GONE. Disappeared, poof. The info that isn't gone are dead links that lead to deleted pages and my addresses have finally been removed from search engines. I also had a very unflattering mug shot from 9 years ago (the charges were ultimately dropped) that was listed on one of those extortion websites. I had provided proof that the charges were dropped and the website refused to take the mug shot down and it appeared the web master just abandoned the site.
I knew for a fact that there were potential employers had googled me and I lost out on opportunities because of it and thought this image would always haunt me. I don't know HOW they did it but it is completely removed from the search results.
Highly recommend this service and I'll be purchasing it as gifts for friends and family.
I was hoping you would be able to actually remove not only my personal information but also photographs that show up in Google search.
Best decision one can make is to remove their data footprints from sites and this service is a great time saver to bundle it all for you.
I signed up for delete me because I wanted to have things removed without taking so much of my own time to do them all manually. However, it has been much faster for me to do them myself. Date me has done some that I didn't find or know about, so that is helpful but overall I've spent hours and hours doing it myself. The "reports" delete me sends out are not detailed and not at all helpful
I have only been using this service for a short time after identifying several sites having posted a lot of my PII. Since starting my account, the team at DeleteMe have removed my info from previously identified sites and new ones while keeping me informed on what they've found. I definitely recommend this company.
So far we've been with delete me for over two years and some misinformation and just plain too much information was cleared out to the point that when my husband discovered his adopted biological roots and went to meet a couple biological family members, they told us they were nervous about him because they couldn't find anything on him. It gave him a chance to show them whom he is without any outside untruths or misdirected information. Besides it's creepy how much you can find on a person with a simple search so the relief of that information being extremely limited allows you to live your life story as it should be without any outside unwanted eyes watching. Very important work delete me foes very well.
Can't tell until I check the results. I haven't Googled myself yet and I need to check some search sites to see if I have been removed.

Answer: Hi There, Unfortunately no. Social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, other accounts that you have created are not public information and are user created. This means that the creator has agreed to the terms of these sites in creating this data and therefore as a third party, we cannot remove that data.
Answer: Unfortunately, that type of content is not something that the DeleteMe service can remove from the web. DeleteMe removes personal contact information from people search sites only. You will need to contact the site in question directly for removal, they may request proof of expungement to remove the case listing.
Answer: Hi Brian, Thank you for inquiring about our DeleteMe service. Essentially, our service is set to remove personal information - names, age, addresses, DOB, phone numbers etc. from a large list of people search and data broker websites. These sites pull information from public record sources - renewing a license, buying property, getting married / divorced, etc. Since this information is taken from public records in the US, we are able to opt out of it from these specific sites https://joindeleteme.com/sites-we-remove-from/. Sites like this are not public information and are often user created. This means that the creator has agreed to the terms of these sites in creating this data and therefore as a third party, we cannot remove that data.
