No silverware, no napkins, no refills. Took approximately 40 minutes for our dinner to reach the table. Asked for manager and explained to him one of the dishes were cold, poor service on behalf of the waitress. He told me, and I quote, and without provocation, to "call corporate" because he's the only person cooking". Became outright argumentative. Worst experience ever. Instead of showing apathy he became defensive which made me become argumentative. I will NEVER eat here again. Fayetteville NC location Manager name was Xavier
We showed up at Joe's crab shack and there was not a employee insight for at least 15 minutes When we were Seated we are the only table in our waitress section however we continued to wait to get a drink order to receive our drinks to have our older taken and our food delivered our waitress set 2 tables behind us partying and eating and having a good time with her CO workers while we waited 15 minutes for tea We will never go back to another Joe's crab shack as long as we live We will never go back to another Joe's crab shack as long as we live

We stopped at Joe's Crab Shack in King of Prussia for dinner. We had never been at a joes before and probably won't go back. It was like being at a club. The music and crowd noise was too loud. The food was just ok. I guess having the wait staff dance in the aisle is supposed to make for a fun atmosphere but I would prefer they refill our drinks and bring our food while it was hot. We were not impressed.
Good seafood by the sea. Smells a little fishy though down by the wharf
