The dress is really nice and fits well. The little problem is that the fabric used to make the dress is not cotton or similar. That is my taste for dresses lol. I wish I find like this with a better material. I will definitely order more. The seller did a great job by shipping my order as sooner as I paid. With quick shipping, you want to shop more lol.

I ordered this dress as a gift for my sister to wear for her rehearsal dinner and on her honey moon. The dress came quickly and looks as pictured. I ordered a size 0 and the dress fits basically as expected (just a little loose around the waist). Overall I am satisfied with the purchase :)

Update: The company refunded/canceled my orders and offered several solutions for the dress that came. It was a hassle to get to this point but we did. I love the dress, except the fraying which can happen. Outside of the fraying, the dress is beautiful and made well with quality fabrics.

I canceled two dress while in processing and they were NOT custom! One of three dresses came and it was huge. In a size 0. The dress embroidery is frayed on several places on front and back. You can see the unraveling. I contacted them immediatly and was told that I wasn't allowed to cancel and offered 40% back plus shipping on a dress thats NOT customized and NOT shipped! Scam Site! Never heard about the damaged dress! Then they close your case immediately so you don't have a chance to respond. This company is terrible and a rip off!

After finding the perfect dress for my sons wedding on JJ's House website, I couldn't wait to order that perfect dress! Then I started reading many negative reviews, I was really disappointed and scared to order from them, but my husband and mother told me to try it. I reluctantly did. Communication with them was good, they notified me when to expect it to be made, date it shipped, and delivery was sooner than I expected. When it arrived, I was so excited. I tried it on and it fit just the way I wanted it to! I LOVE IT! So glad I went ahead and ordered it!

The site has amazing items! They are well described and the sizing fit is good. The items arrive well packed and protected in ziplocked bags. This was especially important to me because my package was left in the rain last time. The items themselves were not wet although the outer box was damaged. I didn't give 5 stars because it is my opinion that packages arrive too slow. Mine arrived after more than a month... However, the business rewarded me with a free shipping coupon for one next time purchase to make up for that. Please note that sitejabber "purchase date" is not October 4,2013, but April of 2022...

Dresses are beautifully made but it takes too long. Also the try-on option is great! I wish JJ's house would allow more than 3 dresses as I was searching for a dress for the big event, and I can not wait...if you can improve this area that would be awesome!

Good quick service and products delivered were excellent quality. Online downside is cost of delivery to UK!

I am very satisfied with my shoes but found it took a long time to receive them. Perhaps an email to explain the delay would have been nice.

I am happy to say that I have received a full refund for the I ordered. The issue was not the product but the how the product was carelessly shipped ruining the hat.

When I read all these comments, I'm honestly kind of confused. I ordered a veil, a sample dress and a petticoat from JJ house and it arrived literally 2-5 days
I got what I expected and looked like the picture and other buyers pictures I viewed before purchasing. The measurments were correct and because the dress was a low in stock it was only $50

I wouldn't buy anything on any website without checking the reviews on the item I want, what I enjoy about this website is quite a few reviews have pictures of the different buyers dresses, JJ house even has videos of some dresses as well which helps understanding how some look beyond the picture.

So overall here are some tips:
-Check and look at items / real reviews of items from the sight comparing picture/ video
-Keep in mind where the clothes come from and where they are made.
-Depending on what you get depends on the quality
My personal thought is if its really lacy it usually looks more cheap.
-Check the description for the type of fabric used

There are websites worse than JJ house and I would never shop on, However I feel this website is on the line of:

I ordered a pair of dancing shoes on sale but they didn't fit. I went online and try to see if I can get my money back but the options where to give me a coupon to buy another pair and so I did. The new ones fit better and the overall experiences was smooth. I am no good at sending back stuff so the option was good for me.

The jewelry was hard to choose from lots of options. I bought pieces for bridesmaids the bride and the mothers of bride and groom. Only 2 of 15 pieces were disappointing one the clasp won't open and the other the necklace won't sit right like a piece was put on incorrectly!

Though it way took longer than expected to arrive it was packaged nicely and actually really well made for the price. Would recommend.

Dresses were beautiful unfortunately mine wasn't quite what I was looking for and I need to return it. There was no accompanying paper work and they are slow to respond on how I can return. It is a lot of money so I really do need a refund. Hopefully they will accommodate.

It was useful to order the samples, to work out the perfect colour for my Mother of the Bride dress. However when I ordered the dress in my usual size it was too big. I then had to send it back and order a size down. The postage is really expensive, so that was a cost I wasn't expecting. Having said that the dress is really beautiful and I had good customer service.

Custom measurements was a little confusing and needed to inquire further information to complete measurements. Otherwise JJ's House was fast and quality was good. Thank you to them for helping a petite woman who has a difficult time finding something that fits!

I contacted their chat before purchasing online on this website. I told them my measurements. They told me to order US6 size. I ordered the dress with the shipping fee of $21. I waited around 6 weeks for my dress to arrive and found that it was way too big! I should have ordered US4 instead of trusting their customer service!
I contacted their customer service to ask for an exchange. They are ok BUT you need to pay for the shipping fee to return it back (They offered $7.99 shipping label) and you will get the refund just for the cost of the dress, then you need to order it again with another $21 shipping fee. Therefore, you need to pay the total of $28.99 for the process of exchange. I don't want to deal with it again so I took 40% refund option (**that exclude the original shipping fee of $21). This is FYI if you want to order from them.

Edited: The customer service contacted me again to give me another 20% refund for the dress I paid. Thus I will receive total of 60% and will keep the dress. I will use this money for tailoring the dress to fit me. They also offered me full refund and free return shipping label but since I already sent my dress to a tailor, I just received some more refund instead.

With all the complicated issue I need to deal, I would give them 4 stars since they tried to help solving the problem. The quality of the dress I got was fine and the design was as shown on the website. It would have been a satisfied order if the sizing was not off.

The dresses are beautiful, but I feel the sizes are not true to size...I measured myself and based on that the size seems to be 3 sizes larger than I usually am. That doesn't make sense.

I have edited my review because once I was able to connect with the right customer service rep and also after posting this review the company did the right thing by refunding me and allowing me to send the dress back. They were apologetic and even followed up after I didn't return the item pretty quickly. With this development I believe that they deserve a better rating as the quality of the dress was good.

The wedding my daughter was in got postponed due to Coronavirus and they refuse to refund me for the dress. She is 6 and will not fit into the $80 dress I purchased. I was a refund and they simply tell me it's outside the 14 days window. Unreal. This is a unique situations and we are already sad the wedding is delayed. There should be more compassion and doing the right thing by the customer not their bottom line. I will NEVER do business with them again and I warn you against buying anything from them as well. They don't care about their customers.
