I was expecting this site to be a scam after seeing some bad reviews from Reddit, but nope, it is absolutely legit. I received my order lightning fast (like 4 days?) and they were exactly as shown on the website. They didn't look like those Shein/Wish reality vs expectation dresses like I was afraid. What you see is actually what you get - these clothes are nice quality! Definitely try them out!

I ordered a dress, took almost a month to arrive, and the "off shoulder" sit for the straps is bulky and doesn't lay on the arms, as well as it smells strongly of fish. I asked to send it back immediately and they want 10% restocking fee even though I am returning with tags right away. I also ordered two necklaces (matching ones) for kids and one stretches and the other doesn't even get over a small kids head. They also are making me pay to ship it back. I am now out almost $40 because of their poor quality items.

I was super skeptical but i went for it! I put in my exact measurements and added an inch and a half to everything just in case it ran small. It needed slight alterations when i received it but i added thise extra inches so that's on me! It was sooooo gorgeous though. My only problem was that it took FOREVER TO GET. Maybe mainly because of covid 19... i dont know but it worried me a bit. Just got married this past Saturday

I am pleased with the finish of the dress overall, but have had to pay to have it altered professionally, despite my daughter's measurements matching your size guides. I have also had to remove the bra pads, which were a visible white colour with red stitching and very much spoilt the look of the dress. I have had to replace them with nude coloured pads instead.

I was very pleased with the hat I found on their website it was classy and unique.
I wanted earlier than the month it would take with regular shipping so I paid for expedited shipping.
I got an email from UPS saying that it was being shipped to my former address. I looked and then I looked again and I had given the correct address but it seemed as though UPS had somehow changed the address and I had to pay them an additional 28.00 to send it to the correct address. When I reached out to radial (the company they use for shipping) their site said contact JJ House directly and when I contacted them they did not take responsibility for providing UPS with the wrong shipping details.
I don't care how cute the item I will NEVER EVER order from these people again. I paid almost $60 for shipping alone.

Tip for consumers:
don't bother, it is not worth the hassle

I have ordered dresses that are very important for a wedding. Fortunately, I have ordered in time but JJ's House is making me worry tremendously as their customer service is completely unresponsive and it cannot be reached through Facebook, tickets or phone. Reconsider ordering here.

Update April 2020 - we did eventually get in touch and I recieved the dresses on time. They are amazing!

They denied my payment then took two weeks to approve it
and they shipped it pretty quick after but it is too tight and I went up 4 sizes then my usual size I even wore a body suit it's super tight on my upper back and by my arm pits it fits great everywhere else I want to go up a size but don't want to be with out a dress in case it doesn't come in time.

I love my dress from JJshouse although I did use the custom measurements which meant alterations for me because you have to be really good with a measuring tape. The work is quality, you can tell that they are at least partly handmade. I would order another dress from them but only in a standard size.

I just placed an order today, and then I came on here to read some of these reviews. People are saying the virus is making their orders not come. I need this for my daughter for prom by mid April, so if that is the case I would want to cancel my order all together. If someone could please let me know details about that I would appreciate it.

I purchased a dress in February for an event in April, so I could get alterations if needed. Dress cost $248. I kept checking my order, and was getting worried because in one month the order was still "processing". I contacted them about it and got NO response. The order never shipped (they are in Singapore) but luckily I found a dress locally that I liked, and bought it. I canceled the order. JJ's House refunded me only $110 of my $248. When I brought this up to them, they went ahead and refunded my full amount. So yes they have beautiful dresses but plan on a good 6 weeks to get it.

JJ's house has good customer service. Beware the $30 coupon for a positive review offer, it has a minimum purchase requirement of $200 that they don't tell you about. Other than that, items seem to be shipped pretty quickly.

I love the try before you buy, however, with the delivery delays etc. there needs to be an extension on the return policy. I now have a dress I do not want and cannot contact anyone or return it, so now I will be charged. Completely unfair. It is also unfair that there is no phone number provided to talk to a person. I also purchased a dress and it took forever to get delivered. In fact I still don't have it after 2 weeks.

Update:
Jjshouse offered to refund the import tax (and did so) I had to pay in return for deleting my comment. I feel however that to pretend that a company is located in a certain country is misleading.
I have changed the rating but will keep my comment intact.

I ordered from a Swiss site; jjhouse.ch in SFR.
To my surprise they sent the merchandise from China. I had to pay an additional 50% Import tax plus handling fee. If I had known this and there was no mention that the merchandise would be sent directly from China I would not have ordered

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a JJ's House try-on dress that actually fit to a tee. I wanted to just keep it and not worry any more about finding a dress for my daughter's wedding but that is not how their program works. Provided all accurate requested measurements, and more sizing info in comments, when ordering a custom order dress. The custom dress was sewn beautifully, but was made about 3 sizes too big across bust and shoulders. The collar design means it can't be altered locally and even if it could, the alterations would be substantially expensive. It looks like the company wants to make things right. I wish the dress was right as it is quite a nice piece.

I track the shipment, but the cusotmer service center said I have to wait for one month. However, I saw the track record that the cargo already landed in my country and no one deliver it to me. No trace no of DHL. It is very poor customer service and delivery efficiency.

I bought a facinator hat. For the price, I guess it is okay, it is not 100% like the picture as it is smaller and also has some weird bow on it. I also paid Express shipping for it to arrive on time for the event I needed it for, which it arrived 2 days late.
I would say for the price, maybe give a hat a try, just don't pay any extra or expect premium quality/style.

I ordered a prom dress from this site and the overall experience was okay. My order came very quickly which was nice, however, it did not look quite like the picture. The neckline was a little off, but I was actually okay with how it looked and the quality was good. I wore it to one prom, and after 8 hours one of the straps actually broke. Luckily my friend is in dance and it used to dress malfunctions. She grabbed some pins from some guys' boutonnieres and some tape one person ended up having and repaired it for the night (mostly). I had a good time and even have some offers for selling it next year, but it was a little bit unexpected.

Need to exchange for a different size but can't contact company without order number which I deleted. They retrieved my data and are working with me. Dress quality is great and I'm excited about it. Next time I'd use the try on at home option since there is no paperwork included in a standard order.

I placed the order on March 30th 2019 paid for express shipping which said 2-4 days. Now this is the fourth day and no product. Was told that they will try to get the order shipped. Order early and never, never, never pay for express shipping, its not worth the extra money. The item was for my granddaughter's first prom, so sad
