I was expecting this site to be a scam after seeing some bad reviews from Reddit, but nope, it is absolutely legit. I received my order lightning fast (like 4 days?) and they were exactly as shown on the website. They didn't look like those Shein/Wish reality vs expectation dresses like I was afraid. What you see is actually what you get - these clothes are nice quality! Definitely try them out!

I ordered a dress, took almost a month to arrive, and the "off shoulder" sit for the straps is bulky and doesn't lay on the arms, as well as it smells strongly of fish. I asked to send it back immediately and they want 10% restocking fee even though I am returning with tags right away. I also ordered two necklaces (matching ones) for kids and one stretches and the other doesn't even get over a small kids head. They also are making me pay to ship it back. I am now out almost $40 because of their poor quality items.

I requested to cancel my order less than 48 hours after I made the purchase. I had not realized that the processing time was close to 3 weeks. I send tickets, emails and was ignored. I generic response would say that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Even my bank and bbb were unable to get a clear response from this company. They ended up sending the shoes anyways and although I have asked several times for a return shipping label and instructions they refuse to give it to me. Instead they offered me a 10% off coupon. Stay away from this company, the customers service is awful.

Several go-rounds were needed before I received a return shipping label. Then my refund was debited $42.99 for shipping. I'll not order from them again. Customer service does not measure up.

I didn't know I would be paying for DHL services when I had already paid CAD 22 for shipping.The materials are lighter than I expected and one of them is open at back, which was not shown in the pics by the model. Quite disappointed.

First the dresses are well made and beautiful however... be sure you get what fits the first time because I have been unable to return 2 dresses that don't fit. I have reached out several times, as well as put in at least 3 "tickets" to make a return. It has been a full week since my first attempt, even though it says there will be a response within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend the dresses, but as we all know, buying on line for some body types is very difficult.

I wanted a pendent with just one name. Thats why i talked with customer service. They said just put N/A instead of another name. I did the same. When i got the pendant, it was having one name and also N/A. I am very dissatisfied. I am not able to wear that pendant now.

I ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses from JJsHouse. When they originally showed up I loved the color and they felt like decent quality for the price. After looking at them closer 2 of the dresses had oil stains on them, I emailed JJsHouse in which they refused to do anything about. I ended up having to pay to have brand new dresses dry cleaned. Fast forward to the wedding 6 of the 8 dresses broke before the ceremony. So we were running around safety pinning my bridesmaid dresses to make it down the isle... pay a little more and save yourself the headache of ordering from them. I also paid for expedited shipping (5-7 days) got them 20 days later and they also wouldn't refund the extra I paid for shipping.

Extremely disappointed with my goods. The hat hasn't been made correctly & it really shows. The hat arrived in a very small box that looked as though someone had sat on it. There was also a buttonhole that was squished up. The hair accessory was very pretty but on a tiny comb that won't stay in my hair. The earrings were fabulous and the man's bracelet was perfect.

I love the dresses JJ's offer, but I can never get my size in anything I want to try on. 2 shipments and 1 month of waiting for the right size and/or color in a dress I like. My daughters wedding will be here in 5 months and I'm still waiting. I want to find my size before I buy.

The dresses are beautiful, but be prepared to pay $60 for the privilege of trying on one of their dresses. My dress was $159, with shipping it was $170. Who charges shipping for an item of that value. I returned it, was charged for return shipping and a restock fee. I got a credit of a whopping $60. And customer service is a joke with no phone number. Never again.

Only use if you.lnow your exact size and expect to love the dress.

This dress ran really small. I typically wear a 12. Ordered a 14 after reading measurements, figured I could have it taken in. I couldn't even zipper it up.
I emailed back and forth quite a bit with JJ customer service. They more than once said they cannot refund for this reason or another, I was finally refunded the return shipping and restocking fee. I had to explain myself too many times. This dress was definitely cut wrong. I would have kept it if it was right as it was just what I was looking for.
I read somewhere that they are out of London. I think not.
I understand people are happy with this company. I am not one of them.

I placed an order on October 18,2020. My money was taken from my account, was told that the order would arrive on November 8,2020. Have not heard from anyone, cannot call anyone because there is no phone number. There is no response to emails and because I needed this order before the 14th of November, its just a huge let down and dissapointment.

I had two get both of my daughters dresses for their uncle's wedding. I was excited to see that they offered "custom" sizing. Well, it turns out that's BS. First, the custom sizes for junior bridesmaid dresses don't go outside the ranges of the standard sizing, so I had to get my 5'6" 11yo an adult dress. But second, in both cases they refused to actually make the dress to the measurements I gave, saying the difference between waist and bust was too big. In one case they just canceled my order because I didn't see their response and answer in time, without trying to call anything. People have time sensitive orders from you! In both cases (and they are very different proportions) they challenged my measurements and said they weren't possible--and then sent dresses that don't fit. (Too big waists, when I had given them smaller waist measurements.)

Unrelatedly, I'm horrified to see them selling mesh "masks" of the since anti-maskers wear to get around mask requirements. Just don't.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure messages aren't going to spam because they might cancel an order if they don't hear back from you. Also be sure to tell them if you won't be wearing heels.

Ordered 2/2 with custom measurements and expected ship date of 3/6. Order status never left payment processed, and emails for expected ship date unanswered. May be due to Covid19, but have no way of knowing with no response to email, so must make alternate plans. Maybe dress is great, maybe not, but 2weeks before prom I have to find a dress and have it altered because there is no way this will arrive in time.

I bought some items for my wedding and paid extra for 3-5 day rush shipping. I had to call and email multiple times because my order wasn't even being sent out yet. Staff told me they couldn't identify why it hadn't shipped. Then JJsHouse.com created a shopping label but didn't drop it off at DHL to actually ship out. When I'd talk to JJsHouse.com they'd tell me it shipped and I told them I could see the update from DHL that that was no true. I got it almost 2 weeks later and had asked for a refund for the extra shipping cost I paid and they agreed at first but then never refunded me and then claimed it shipped out on time, which I had lots of proof that was not at all the case. The items came too late for me. I had bought things before and they came much later too and I had to check on those orders as well. It's a hassle and I ended up losing time and money. It took over a month for other items. Not a dependable website.

Tip for consumers:
I'd go somewhere else. Shipping is not dependable and customer service is useless and gives incorrect information. They promise refunds but are lying and will not provide any refund after messing up orders.

The dress came in a 12x8 plastic mailing bag- the garment was stuffed in there and the package was then stuffed in my mailbox by whomever delivered it. If you look at the photo, that is a standard sized magazine next to the package to give you an idea of the size of the package - for a full length dress! Next, I have to pay to return the dress because it is too small. The dress is pretty, but if this company does not care enough to send the dress properly packaged, I ask myself how well made is this dress?
Well made, quality items don't end up in a tiny little bag, shoved on one's mailbox. I wish I could get my money back, but now I have to pay to send it back, and then wait for store credit - then hope the next size up fits. I would rather find something else to wear for my daughter's wedding, something that fits properly from a quality company. Since this company only gives in-store credit for returns, I will never use this company again, and I will relay this story to all of my friends who have weddings coming up. It has been a great inconvenience! The only positive note is that they do try hard to communicate promptly via email since you cannot seem to speak to an actual person. (Note: they are in a different time zone). My last email from them was sent at 10:00 in the evening. I hope this review helps others since there are many choices when purchasing a dress for a wedding. Thank you.

Do not use this site. Azazi is far more reputable.

I received a dress jammed into a tiny bag - never had to sign for it as the company said I would - and now I need to send it back because even though I ordered two sizes up for alterations, it does not fit. They do not offer refunds - only store credit if they deem the product in proper condition to do so. You have to pay to ship it back.

I have had the most difficult time with this company. On the front end - delivery took forever. They use DHL which would was very diffu\icult to get delivery. Finally received - did not like the fit of the dress so went to return. The label they forwarded was not printable on either mine or my husbands computers - gave us error messages, etc. Had to continue to go to their messaging site and still have not been successful in getting a label and form to return. Don't was your time unless you know for certain you are going to keep the item. Feels like a scam in that they only give you 14 days to return and they make it very difficult to do so!

The shipping options are very misleading. I paid $25 for 2-day shipping because I had a rush order. After paying they said it took 5 days to process before shipping. Based on the current estimate it will actually take 10 days to get my order. I would never have paid for expedited shipping if I had known it would take so long. I can't comment on the quality because my order hasn't arrived yet, but beware!

For the price and availability just go local. The shipping times will be very off, tracking is horrible and the will loose your package. Why even bother having The return policy if they dont honour it. Dont try to get support because they will just go back and forth until you give up. If you want to do return or they aren't answering your emails just get your money back through payment method.

I have ordered twice from this website. I ordered dresses and I received them quickly however I ordered some masks and I am yet to receive them and it has been weeks. That would be fine however each time I contact them they tell me it's in transit. I've advised them that I no longer need the masks since the time for using them has passed. I have requested a refund of my money on multiple occasions and I have been given the runaround. They keep asking me to wait for the masks to be delivered even though I have repeatedly and explicitly informed them that I no longer need those masks. Finally, a refund was offered for only the price of the mask and not the shipping but they insist on waiting for the package to be delivered for me to be refunded. Since we don't know if that package will actually be delivered I think it's crazy. I have asked them over and over to just refund my money because I don't need the products and this is still not been done.

I ordered a dress, and yes the dress is nice but it is now the wrong color for the wedding. I went on the site before 14 days had passed after receiving the dress and tried to return this dress. It said it was returnable and after I completed the needed information, I got a message which stated that it was waiting for approval. After a couple of days I did not hear anything, so I went in and tried to return it again - still within 14 days, and it now said it was unreturnable. I chatted with someone who told me I would need to send an email and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Many days later I still haven't heard anything. The dress was not expensive, but I am hesitant to order again from JJ's should I need to return anything.

I ordered a fascinator 4 weeks before an event. Shipping estimate said it would arrive in plenty of time. Item has yet to arrive and its now almost 5 weeks since I paid for it. The tracking is a joke, my item had no tracking from the time it left China. I dont know if it ever made it to the US. They keep telling me its coming but since the event has passed, I really doubt it. I have requested a refund 3 times, no outcome. I cant recommend them at all.

Horrible products & customer service is even worse. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company only to have them send me shoes with glue all over the heels of both pairs of shoes and the soles coming up all over the place on both pairs. I also paid $20 extra for shipping that was not so speedy. Yet and still I only asked for a $20 refund which they did not agree to. Do not be fooled by the reviews on the site itself, I'm 99.9% sure they delete all bad reviews especially since after you submit one it says that they are monitored.
