I ordered two sets of $35 mini pods. When I ordered the website said delivery would take 3-5 Business days. They took my money quick fast but didnt send a confirmation email that my order was received. Within 30 min I sent their customer support. 24 hrs later They assured me my confirmation was to arrive ASAP& it did. 24 hrs later. The email didnt contain my tracking information though. Apparently that was to be sent in another email. I checked on my package everyday to see where my tracking number was. 1 day they said its being prepared for shipping, the next day "it's already been shipped with DHL" (but they didnt have a DHL tracking number), the day after that "due to high demand we are restocking, and will send your order as soon as we restock. Once shipped from our warehouse please allow up to 7 bus days to arrive." So I asked them to cancel the order, since they had to restock and didnt give any explanation for delivery ETA. **it takes a whole 15-24 hrs for an email response, and telephone customer service is directed to someone in south west Asia, who can only give canned scripted responses... it was the same lady each time I called (3 times over 3 different days during 3 different times of day) and she could do nothing but tell me to email my concerns and refund request*** When they responded the next day about my refund inquiry it was suddenly "already left the warehouse so your order cannot be canceled, but we can offer you a 30% refund of your entire order should you keep the merchandise." After aggressively explaining to them that per their "100% satisfaction gurantee" this was an unacceptable solution and I would rather have a 100% refund and have the order canceled. They kept giving me the 30% refund solution, so in my last two emails I told them I would rather drink bleach than own their product and if I didnt get my full refund I would use my following on Instagram (where I saw the ad), Facebook, and Twitter to defame the company, it's shoddy product, and would be reporting them to whatever investigative commerce bureau's jurisdiction they would fall under being an international company that ships from China. I also let it be known that I would spam their ads on Instagram with obscenely long negative reviews, and screenshots of our correspondence to let buyers know to beware... appx 6 hrs after creating a dispute with my bank about the charge to a fraudulent company, they issued a full refund. Then had the nerve to tell me they would charge me if the item was kept. Joke's on them, I dont have anymore money on that card for them to take, and it cant be overdrafted!... STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Just buy Beats or Apple Airpods.
