We purchased a 2015 convertible from this dealership in Sept. Two days after purchase we heard a sloshing sound in the rear of the car. The dealership had to go get the car from a warehouse when we went to test drive. Hard to believe they did not know about this issue before selling. Turns out its a known issue and there is a fix. We repaired the issue. After a month we had not received our tags or the spare key we were promised and was part of the contract. I could not get any response from calling so I went to dealership. They said the county lost the tags and I would have to take it up with them. Great service. Spent and hour and a half at the tag office getting tags. Two days ago the check engine light came on. Needed O2 sensors. Mechanic said we could reset the computer and it might go off for a month or show up again in 2 days. With all the other deception it's hard to believe dealership didn't know about this issue too. Another $1200 bill for that repair. Dealership is still unresponsive to these issues which I understand are my problem regardless of whether the dealership was aware of them and just tried to pawn them off on someone else but at the very least can I get the key you promised?

Two separate occasions first occasion I took my brakes and because they was making noise I was told by the service rep your brakes are good if you want to get rid of the noise we can put new pad on. No I trusted friend of mine said that my brakes was very loud so I got a second opinion had a groove in my role so I called the service manager Wendy sent her pictures she get back with me and said they charge and get new pads then again I said anything wrong with my pass is my rotors then she said whoever tell her you. You are telling you the rotate the rotors are not right and less you get new pads I got all of this on a text message if you don't believe me about my car Jim certified preowned the second occasion my check engine light came on so I took it in to get checked his new lady I have a business course somewhere I can retake her name so she said I going to check my vehicle out there in my not be covered I said I got bumper-to-bumper certified preowned warranty and should be covered under warranty so I don't hear back from her to for clock she's at my car was ready so I went to get my car get up to the counter she sent out $136 that I wasn't going to pay she said I wouldn't want to drive my car off a lot I think it's a law in Georgia I'm looking for it is like getting a haircut I don't know what you going to pay if 1% of these people read this and don't shop and Jim because customer service is everything
