Ordered some DTF transfers and when I received them, the color was incorrect. I reached out to the customer service and to my surprise I quickly had a response. They replaced my item for free and shipped it directly out. Very satisfied with their service.
The check out process is confusing. Note says " cannot add 2 coupons" and then will not let me update anything. I think this could be easier.
